Eat ‘N’ Go limited officially started operation in August 2012 with the premier store at 4, Saka Tinubu Victoria Island, Lagos. Today, Eat N' Go has about 100 stores (outlet) across Nigeria and still growing.

We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Talent Acquisition Officer

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description


  • We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Officer to support our fast-paced FMCG operations.
  • The Talent Acquisition Officer will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring timely hiring for open roles, and supporting workforce planning across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for operational and business support roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and business stakeholders to support workforce planning and staffing needs.
  • Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates to recommend suitable talent.
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction activities to ensure a smooth employee integration.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases, and hiring documentation.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with labor laws, company policies, and best practices.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction strategies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of hiring processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably within QSR, FMCG, or a high-volume operational environment.
  • Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR/recruitment systems.

2.) Human Resource Officer

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Job type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly organized and professional Human Resources Officer to support our QSR/FMCG operations.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for executing core HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and supporting workforce effectiveness across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment and onboarding for outlet.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
  • Support performance management and staff development initiatives.
  • Assist with staff welfare, engagement, and retention programs.
  • Liaise with outlet managers on HR-related matters.
  • Assist with HR reporting and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in QSR or FMCG or a fast-paced operational environment
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Experience managing high-volume recruitment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

3.) Lead Creative Designer 

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Designer Lead to drive the visual direction of our brand across motion and static design projects.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, hands-on expertise in animation and visual storytelling, and the ability to lead creative execution across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation of high-quality motion graphics and static designs for digital, social, and marketing campaigns
  • Develop compelling visual concepts and translate ideas into engaging 2D and 3D assets
  • Oversee and execute animations, video edits, and graphic designs from concept to delivery
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Provide creative direction, mentorship, and feedback to junior designers
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field. 
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in a design role focused on both motion and static graphics. 
  • Experience as a graphic designer or in related field or working with corporate brand guidelines across multiple platforms. 
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects (motion graphics) or 3D design software (Cinema 4D or Maya). 
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator (static design) or or other video editing software 
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both motion and static design work. 

Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on:

  • After Effects
  • Photoshop
  • Illustrator
  • Proficiency in Final Cut Pro for video editing and post-production
  • Proven ability to design and animate across both 2D and 3D environments
  • Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and motion principles
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
