1.) People Business Partner Compliance & Special Projects

About this opportunity
- We are now looking a People Business Partner - Compliance and Special People Project Manager to lead as single point of contact from Market Area Middle East & Africa People Function for corporate investigation and allegation management office.
- You can achieve this by having a deep understanding of labour laws, regulations and internal policies, including Ericsson’s Code of Business Ethics within the Compliance framework assigned Market Area or People function.
- Ensuring compliance, leading internal projects, advising and supporting Heads of People Function in Domain and Customer Unit (CU) on execution of disciplinary action.

What you will do
- Act as Market Area point of contact from People function for corporate investigation and allegation management office.
- Support and assist corporate investigation in collecting information related to employee record
- Conduct and lead investigations assigned to People function by AMO, MA Head of People or Corporate Investigator Team.
- Check for supportive documentation during investigation and submits final report to stakeholders for approval of proposed actions.
- Drives the execution of remediation action with respective stakeholder
- Report and provides updates to Head of People MMEA, Compliance Head and AMO on remediation action completed
- Reviews and maintain local disciplinary instruction for accuracy and consistency along Country People Manager
- Work closely with Market Area(MA) compliance team and drive compliance training for people function to fill learning gaps
- Initiate improvement of gray areas or gaps identified during case investigation in local people instructions with respective policy owners.
- Lead any special project assigned by MA People Head
- Your typical interfaces are:
- Head of People Domain / Customer Units/Common Function, Country Business Partner / Domain/Customer Unit/Common Functions People Business Partner
- Head of People Country PBP, Compliance manager and legal counsel.
You will bring
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills, Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience in managing employee related compliance, legal or other relevant field.
- Human Resources and Disciplines Knowledge
- Excellent articulation and communication skills, persuading & influencing, proactive, delivering results & able to work in tight deadlines.

3.) Transmission Support Engineer

Job Description
- We are now looking for a Transmission Engineer that will provide technical service and support to our customers. In this role, you will fix and resolve problems to stabilize and optimize customer networks. You will configure and integrate different nodes and solutions in new and live customer networks.
- The Support Engineer typically interacts with customer technical staff, operation managers, service engineers and other groups within the Service Delivery organization. You may also interact with groups in sales, R&D, 3rd party suppliers and local authorities.
- As there are no distinct borders between the areas, you will need to be flexible and master more than one area. You are encouraged to travel internationally and work in different cultural environments. The technical development is rapid, and you are responsible for continuously keeping your competence and skills up to date.
- Working as a support engineer will require a broad knowledge within telecom and Datacom, covering both hardware, software and network knowledge. You will work, collaborate, and communicate in an international environment, both with colleagues internally as well as customers and suppliers to Ericsson. The role more than often requires you to seek big responsibility, and it is important that you can work independently.
