We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Revenue Growth Officer

Job Location: Ikole-Ekiti, Ekiti
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Directors

Job Summary


  • This is a hybrid leadership role created to bridge the gap between marketing strategy and daily sales execution.
  • You will be directly responsible for increasing revenue across all branches by developing and implementing growth strategies (like a Marketing Manager) and leading and optimizing the frontline sales team (like a Sales Supervisor).
  • Your success will be measured by tangible increases in sales, customer count, and average transaction value through online platforms ONLY.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth & Marketing (The Marketing Side):

  • Develop and execute monthly marketing calendars, promotions, and campaigns (e.g., "Lunch Combo Mondays," "Family Feast Fridays") to drive traffic and sales.
  • Manage FFC’s online presence (social media, Google Business) to attract new customers and engage existing ones.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new revenue opportunities (e.g., corporate catering, meal plans, new menu items).
  • Build and manage relationships with local partners and influencers for cross-promotions. (e.g engaging existing WhatsApp TVs and Student-influencers).

Tactical Sales Leadership (The Sales Side):

  • Directly supervise the daily activities of ONLINE sales representatives across all branches.
  • Set daily/weekly sales targets for the sales team and monitor performance.
  • Train, coach, and motivate the sales team on upselling techniques, customer service excellence, and product knowledge.

Data, Reporting & Optimization:

  • Prepare and present weekly revenue reports to the CEO, highlighting progress, challenges, and actionable insights.
  • Monitor key metrics: Total Revenue, Average Transaction Value, Customer Traffic, and Campaign Conversion Rates.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis and customer feedback reviews to inform strategy.
  • Recommend operational improvements to enhance the customer journey and boost sales.

Requirements & Skills
Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a combined sales and marketing role, preferably in QSR, F&B, Retail, or Hospitality.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and growing customer base.
  • Experience in team supervision or leadership is mandatory.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in using social media for business, basic graphic design tools (Canva), and data analysis (Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and local marketing channels.

Soft Skills:

  • Leadership & Influence: Ability to lead a team and drive results without direct authority over all branch staff.
  • Analytical & Strategic: Data-driven decision-maker who can spot trends and create effective action plans.
  • Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written skills for training, marketing, and reporting.
  • Hands-On & Proactive: Willing to work on the sales floor to train staff and understand ground realities.

2.) Assistant Kitchen Supervisor

  • You will play a hands-on role in maintaining our speed, quality, and cleanliness standards during peak hours.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Support & Speed Maintenance:

  • Work directly on the line during rush periods—grilling, frying, assembling, or expediting—to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Assist the Kitchen Supervisor in setting up the kitchen for each shift (mise en place) and breaking it down efficiently.
  • Monitor food levels at stations and coordinate with prep staff to prevent shortages during service.

Quality & Standards Enforcement:

  • Conduct spot checks on portion sizes, food temperatures, and plate presentation to ensure every item meets FFC's recipe specifications.
  • Report any consistent quality deviations to the Kitchen Supervisor immediately.
  • Uphold all food safety and sanitation standards (HACCP principles) at all times.

Team Support & Training:

  • Help train new kitchen staff on basic procedures, recipe adherence, and safety protocols under the guidance of the Kitchen Supervisor.
  • Motivate the kitchen crew during busy periods, leading by example with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Step in to resolve minor operational conflicts or issues on the line as they arise.

Inventory & Waste Control:

  • Assist with daily ingredient counts and stock rotation (FIFO - First In, First Out).
  • Monitor and record food waste accurately on waste sheets.
  • Ensure proper storage of all food items before and after shifts.

Safety & Compliance:

  • Ensure all kitchen staff adhere to uniform, hygiene, and handwashing policies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. Report any equipment faults or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a fast-paced kitchen (QSR, fast food, or high-volume restaurant is essential).
  • Previous experience in a team lead, senior cook, or shift lead role is a strong advantage.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in high-volume cooking techniques (grilling, frying, prep).
  • Basic understanding of food cost control and waste management.
  • Food Safety and Hygiene certification (or willingness to obtain one within 3 months).

Soft Skills:

  • You will be the critical link between management and the kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities
Daily Kitchen Operations & Quality Control:

  • Oversee all kitchen activities during your shift, ensuring all meals are prepared, cooked, and presented according to FFC's strict recipes and standards.
  • Conduct regular line checks to monitor portion control, food temperature, and overall quality.
  • Ensure the kitchen is set up efficiently for each shift (mise en place) and broken down correctly.
  • Guarantee compliance with environmental and health department regulations (HACCP principles).

Team Leadership & Training:

  • Supervise, schedule, and motivate kitchen staff (cooks, prep assistants, cleaners).
  • Train new hires on FFC recipes, cooking methods, plating, and safety procedures.
  • Foster a culture of speed, cleanliness, and teamwork. Address performance issues promptly.

Inventory & Cost Management:

  • Assist with daily and weekly inventory counts for food and packaging supplies.

  • Report inventory needs to the Branch Manager to prevent stock-outs.

Safety & Sanitation:

  • Enforce impeccable cleanliness and sanitation standards for all equipment and work areas.
  • Ensure all staff adhere to personal hygiene protocols (uniforms, handwashing).
  • Maintain proper storage of food items (FIFO - First In, First Out).

Administrative Duties:

  • Complete and submit daily shift reports (waste logs, incident reports, equipment issues).
  • Participate in monthly kitchen performance reviews.

Requirements & Skills

  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a QSR or fast-paced kitchen, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.

Technical Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of high-volume cooking, grilling, frying, and prep.
  • Strong understanding of food safety standards (HACCP training is a major plus).
  • Basic numeracy skills for inventory, portioning, and waste tracking.

Soft Skills:

  • Leadership & Communication: Ability to direct a team clearly and calmly under pressure.
