1.) Risk Management Head

Position Overview


  • We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our risk management function.
  • The Head of Risk will be responsible for developing and implementing risk management strategies, ensuring compliance, and safeguarding the company's assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee the company’s risk management framework.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead risk reporting and analytics.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align risk strategies with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced degree
  • 10 years experience in Financial Services
  • At least 5 years in Risk Management
  • Relevant professional membership or qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CRMI, AERMP, etc is required
  • Experience in asset Management will be an added advantage
  • Strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of risk management principles, regulatory expertise, and leadership abilities.

2.) Executive Director Marketing & Strategy

3.) Executive Assistant

Role Overview

  • The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the MD/CEO. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize executive schedules, including meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
