1.) Account Officer

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• He or she is in charge of the day-to-day financial aspects of everyday operations.
• Complete posting of all cash transactions before the end of every month and ensure that outstanding IOU do not exceed N300,000 in a month.
• Ensure SAGE operational cash balances with excel
• Ensure zero tolerance to cash loss/ shortage of operational cash.
• Ensure Daily posting of transactions.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND, HND or B.Sc with 3-5 years experience.
• Proximity to the Island is key.

2.) Waitress / Cashier

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• The Waitress / Cashier ensures the accuracy of responses to customers and partners.
• Effectively manage customer complaints/service failure recovery in less than 10 Minutes.
• She ensures exceptional food presentation at all times at the display area and cleanliness of all service items

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an SSCE / OND, HND or B.Sc Degree with 3 - 5 years relevant work experience.
• Proximity to the Island is key
• Female candidates preferably.

3.) Procurement Officer

Responsibilities

• The Procurement officer is in charge of procuring all materials neede for the success of daily operations.
• She ensures 100% accuracy of stock and adherence to the local purchase budget and improves efficiency in invoice verification.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND, HND or B.Sc Degree with 3 - 5 years relevant work experience.

4.) Maintenance Officer

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties

• Reduce maintenance cost by 10% YOY without any effect on the quality of the work or equipment.
• Draw up Quarterly Maintenance timelines for all equipment and ensure maintenance schedule compliance.
• Achieve 100% SLA compliance to Equipment functionality and repair, provide temporary solution to avoid total shutdown).
• Reduce response time to 60 mins (first response) on 24/7 X 365 basis - Monitor Monthly.
• Achieve 98% uptime across all facilities - Monitor Monthly

Requirements
