We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Logistics and Maintenance Officer

Job Location: Abia

Department: Administration / Operations

Job Summary


  • The Logistics and Maintenance Officer is responsible for overseeing the transportation, storage, and distribution of waste generated, as well as ensuring that company facilities, equipment, and vehicles are properly maintained and functional.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate logistics for enumeration activities, plan activities for waste collection route.
  • Monitor and track vehicle / truck usage and fuel consumption.
  • Maintain inventory of logistics and maintenance supplies.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, costs, and schedules.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers for repairs, servicing, or spare parts.
  • Oversee routine maintenance and repairs of company equipment, vehicles, and facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures at dump sites.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs for trucks.
  • Support warehouse and store operations where required.

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND / B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, Business Admin, or related field.
  • 2 – 3 years of experience in logistics, fleet management, or maintenance roles.
  • Good knowledge of equipment and vehicle maintenance procedures.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations effectively.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.

2.) Assistant Collections Operations Officer

Job Location: Abia
Employment Type: Full-time
Department: Operations / Collections

Job Summary

  • The Assistant Collections Operations Officer supports the day-to-day planning and execution of ongoing house hold enumeration activities across the state management.
  • The ideal candidate must keep good records of all enumeration activities and collate reports from enumerators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating and scheduling daily collection activities.
  • Track and monitor collection routes and ensure timely pickups.
  • Liaise with collection staff/drivers and ensure adherence to company protocols.
  • Support with inventory and tracking of collection tools and vehicles.
  • Assist in handling customer inquiries and complaints related to collection activities.
  • Keep records of collected materials and generate daily or weekly reports.
  • Ensure collected items are delivered to the appropriate department or processing unit.
  • Ensure safety procedures are followed during collection operations.
  • Perform basic administrative duties to support the operations team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in Waste Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in logistics, field operations, or collection-related roles.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to use basic software tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
  • Must be organized and able to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of the local area (routes and communities) is a must .

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 Monthly.

3.) Driver to the (MD)

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and Professional Driver to provide dedicated driving support to the Managing Director (MD).
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and punctual transportation, maintaining the assigned vehicle in excellent condition, and assisting the MD as needed in daily mobility and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely drive the MD to and from meetings, appointments, events, and other official and unoffical engagements.
  • Maintain the assigned vehicle to a high standard of cleanliness, functionality, and safety.
  • Monitor service schedules, fuel levels, and ensure regular vehicle maintenance.
  • Plan routes and anticipate traffic conditions to ensure timely arrivals.
  • Handle Driving responsibilities for the family as assigned
  • Ensure professional conduct, personal grooming, and courteous interaction at all times.
  • Be available for extended hours and weekend assignments based on the MD's schedule.
  • Maintain fuel consumption, and servicing.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion.
  • Provide general logistical and mobility support as required by the MD.

Requirements

  • Minimum of SSCE or equivalent; additional certifications are an advantage.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a corporate or executive driver, preferably for top-level executives.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Excellent knowledge of road safety regulations and routes within Lagos.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity, trustworthiness, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work long and flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

Salary
N100,000 - N130,000 / Month.
