1.) Massage Therapist

Job Location: Ibeju Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Massage Therapist to join our spa team and enhance our guests' rejuvenation journey.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of professional massage treatments, including deep tissue andaromatherapymassages.
• Assess guest needs and recommend personalized treatments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the spa treatment rooms.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a relaxing and luxurious experience.
• Educate guests on aftercare and wellness practices.
• Stay updated on the latest massage techniques and wellness trends.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and resort policies.

Requirements

• Certified Massage Therapist with a recognized qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a luxury spa, resort, or wellness center.

2.) Kitchen Manager

Job Summary

• As the Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including food preparation, staff management, inventory control, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• You will work closely with the executive chef and other departments to ensure seamless kitchen operations, excellent guest satisfaction, and efficient cost control.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all kitchen staff, ensuring high performance and efficiency.
• Create staff schedules, manage training, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with chefs to develop menus, introduce new dishes, and enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure the kitchen operates within budget while maintaining exceptional food quality.
• Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control to meet resort standards.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs to optimize profitability.

Requirements

• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
