1.) Relationship Manager, Personal / Retail Banking

Job Location: Lagos

Responsibilities


  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell banking products and services
  • Provide overall leadership and continually enhance team performance in various areas to achieve quality customer service delivery.
  • Drive business growth and achieve set revenue, quality risks assets and deposit mobilization targets through effective relationship management.
  • Customer acquisition
  • Proper onboarding of new customer, (funding account, linking of ATM card and onboard on Mobile Application)
  • Developing new relationships and managing existing ones
  • Daily engagement with customers for deposit mobilization
  • Salary accounts acquisition
  • Booking of quality loans
  • POS terminal deployment and driving of collection.
  • Preparation of weekly and monthly performance review documents
  • Relationship management with all customers of the Bank
  • Delivery of excellent customer services to customers
  • Responsible for managing the team members (Account officers and DSA)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience in commercial banking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • In-depth knowledge of banking products and services
  • Confidence and proficiency in personal banking operations
  • Proven track record of successful client relationship management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

2.) Compliance Officer

Job Location: Abuja
Job Type: Full time

Job Description

  • Reviewing published regulations, circulars, laws and directives, breaking them down and identifying the section that impact upon the Bank’s business;
  • Periodic review and risk assessment of the Bank’s products, services and vendors to ensure compliance with regulations;
  • Preparing training manuals and facilitating trainings on AML/CFT compliance for the Bank’s employees;
  • Ensure daily monitoring of transactions on AML Software, desktop reports / internally developed alert systems, escalated mails from back office and e-STR portal.
  • Prompt detection, identification and reporting of STRs;
  • Managing and rendering CTR, FTR and STR reports to regulators;
  • Managing and rendering monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and end of year reports.
  • Monitoring of business units/groups responsible for rendering reports (statutory renditions) on behalf of the Bank to regulators and law enforcement agencies;
  • Monitoring of escalated or suspected trade transactions for AML/CFT concerns;
  • Risk-based review of trade transactions processed by settlement units;
  • EDD and KYC on High Risk customers such as Gaming Entities, Bureau De Change (BDC), PEPs;
  • KYC and EDD for Foreign Financial Institutions;
  • To receive, time stamp and log into the compliance register and closing out of all LEA and Regulatory correspondence;
  • Preparations of Management reports on the activities of The Legal and Regulatory activities for the period under review. Monthly, Quarterly

Requirements
Education/Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field

Experience:

  • 4-5 years in banking
