1.) Head, Corporate Partnerships

Job Summary

  • To grow new business through the development of valuable relationships with customers providing value to all stakeholders. Identify and implement the Organization’s strategic initiatives, with special emphasis on the business strategies that achieve growth of customer base, increase awareness for the organization’s products and services, and provide unmet needs regarding financial wellness in the geographical location that we serve.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and create marketing strategies based on those opportunities in order to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • In this role, your duties will include meeting with clients to set up the loan application process, gathering required financial documentation, and approving or denying loan requests based on your financial calculations.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential sales partners that align with our organization's goals, target market, and value proposition.
  • Evaluate potential partners based on their market presence, product or service offering, reputation, and potential synergies.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and due diligence to assess the viability and profitability of partnership opportunities.
  • Develop a comprehensive partnership strategy to establish and nurture mutually beneficial relationships with selected partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing sales partners, serving as the main point of contact.
  • Monitor partner performance and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, product development, and operations to deliver value to corporate partners and to develop sales enablement materials, including presentations, product/service collateral, and training resources.
  • Identify, prioritize, and target potential corporate partners based on shared values and explore collaboration opportunities.
  • Negotiate partnership terms and agreements, including revenue sharing, distribution channels, co- marketing activities, and contractual obligations.
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure contracts and agreements meet legal and financial requirements.
  • Exceed revenue targets by identifying and securing new opportunities.
  • Coordinate and align efforts to ensure the successful execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Analyze market data, partner performance metrics, and sales trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Track and report on the performance of partnerships against established KPIs and financial goals.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate partnership results, progress, and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Proven experience (5-7+ years) in sales management, preferably in business development space or commercial banking.
  • Proven experience as a Partnership Manager or similar role, specifically focused on managing B2B sales partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Willingness to travel for partner meetings and industry events as required.

Salary
N1,000,000 (gross) Monthly.

2.) Revenue Assurance Manager

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The revenue manager will oversee the process of collecting and organizing analytical data related to an organization’s revenue, sales, and other financial activities.
  • The revenue manager will plan, approve, and supervise the deployment of systems and processes to manage and analyze financial data and other records.

Responsibilities

  • Review income lines (interest and other charges) bank wide monthly.
  • Review management/advisory fees on facilities granted on a weekly basis.
  • Make input to the monthly management report on review and analysis on all income lines.
  • Conduct investigation into variances/irregularities in income GLs.
  • Ensure the preparation of exception report for any variances/irregular balances noted in all income GLs.
  • Provide corrective actions for abnormal and irregular balances in all income lines.
  • Review income concessions/covenants granted versus income collected on all accounts.
  • Review monthly interest capitalized to ensure correctness.
  • Identify and report cases of un-authorized interest and other charges waiver.
  • Regular preparation of Management reports on revenue streams.
  • Preparation of Income Statement trend report and review accordingly for quality check.
  • Timely preparation of Yield Report to proactively identify potential leakages within the revenue platforms.
  • Carry out identification of revenue drivers and underlying variables towards maximization of revenues.

Requirements

  • B.Sc Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or any related discipline.
  • A minimum of 7 years in Finance role.
  • Key knowledge of Macroeconomic indicators
  • Professional Accounting, ACA, ACCA etc. is an added advantage.
  • Key Knowledge of financial statement analysis.
  • Key knowledge of SQL, ACL scripting and Power BI
  • Adequate knowledge of Macroeconomics indicators.
  • Financial Statement Analysis.
  • A good overview of the industry generally and the Finance function specifically is required.

  • This strategic position requires a creative and results-oriented professional with expertise in developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns across various channels, managing budgets, and analyzing data to measure success.

Responsibilities
Market Analysis & Strategy:

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve sales and brand awareness goals.
  • Analyze market data to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.

Campaign Management:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across online and offline channels (e.g., digital advertising, social media, email marketing, trade shows, events).
  • Manage the creative development of marketing materials, including brochures, website content, and video assets.
  • Partner with sales and other departments to ensure alignment and campaign effectiveness.

Lead Generation & Conversion:

Branding & Public Relations:

Budget Management & Reporting:

  • Develop and manage marketing budgets for assigned projects and campaigns.
  • Track and report on marketing expenses and ROI.
  • Prepare performance reports for the General Manager, Commercial.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the automotive, marketing agency, fmcg or B2B industry.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset and ability to analyze marketing performance metrics.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and advertising channels.
  • Proven track record of successful campaign execution and lead generation.
  • Strong teamwork and leadership skills.
  • Experience working with a cross-functional team.
