1.) Interior Architectural Supervisor

Job Location: Project Sites (Nigeria)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Profile

• Suacasa Nigeria Limited seeks an experienced Interior Architectural Supervisor to oversee interior finishing works and ensure the execution of high-quality design standards.
• The candidate will supervise finishing teams and ensure projects meet aesthetic, functional, and timeline requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all interior finishing works including tiling, ceilings, joinery, painting, fixtures, and fittings.
• Ensure strict adherence to approved interior design drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate contractors and vendors for timely execution.
• Conduct quality inspections to maintain premium finishing standards.
• Monitor timelines and ensure timely delivery of interior phases.
• Liaise with architects, project managers, and procurement teams.
• Resolve site-based design execution issues.
• Ensure materials used meet approved specifications and brand standards.

Requirements

• B.Sc. / HND in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 – 7 years of experience in interior architecture supervision or interior project coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant design software.
• Professional membership with architectural/design bodies is an added advantage.

Core Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of interior finishing materials and detailing.
• Ability to interpret and execute design drawings accurately.
• Quality inspection and finishing control expertise.
• Strong coordination and supervision skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and aesthetic judgment.

Job Profile

• The Site Supervisor will manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring construction activities are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities on site.
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate subcontractors, artisans, and suppliers.
• Monitor materials usage and prevent wastage.
• Enforce site safety standards in collaboration with the Safety Officer.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
• Identify and resolve on-site challenges promptly.
• Maintain high-quality workmanship standards.

Qualifications

• B.Sc./HND in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with 5–8 years of experience in construction site supervision.

• Relevant professional certification or membership (e.g., COREN, NSE, NIOB) is an advantage.

Job Profile

• Suacasa Nigeria Limited, a leading real estate development company, is seeking a competent and proactive Safety Officer to oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance across its construction sites
• The ideal candidate will ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, promote a strong safety culture, and minimize workplace risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor site safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct routine safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Identify hazards and enforce corrective measures.
• Lead safety inductions, drills, and toolbox talks.
• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports.
• Maintain safety documentation and compliance records.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Promote continuous safety awareness on all project sites.

Qualifications

• B.Sc / HND in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, or related disciplines

Years of Experience:

• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in construction health and safety management.
