Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Officer at The Startup Place Ltd in Lekki.
• The Human Resource Officer will be responsible for HR management, developing HR policies, managing employee relations, and creating job descriptions.

Qualifications

• HR Management, Human Resources (HR), and Employee Relations skills
• Experience in developing HR policies and job descriptions
• Good understanding of HR practices and regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus

Salary
N50,000 - N100,000 Monthly.

2.) Content Creator

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Role Description

• The Content Creator will be responsible for creating engaging and relevant content, developing content strategies, conducting digital marketing activities, and contributing to business growth initiatives on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
• Content Creation, Content Strategy, and Digital Marketing skills
• Strong research and writing abilities
• Social media management and campaign creation skills
• Experience in SEO and SEM practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
• Knowledge of graphic design tools and multimedia content creation is a plus.

3.) Site Engineer

Job Location: Lagos

Role Description

• The Site Engineer will be responsible for on-site quality control, communication with project teams, and overseeing structural engineering tasks for civil projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
• On-site experience in structural engineering and civil projects
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with project teams
• Strong background in quality control for construction projects
• Ability to analyze and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Familiarity with construction industry regulations and standards
• Experience with project management tools and software is a plus.
