Key Responsibilities and Tasks


  • Incoming and outgoing mail
  • Interactions with external customers.
  • Manage visitors by ensuring they have proper PPE, proper  clearance, are following policies (rules listed on the desk regarding not taking cell phones, recording devices, food, drinks, or jewelry to the production areas, etc.), and coordinating their arrival with whomever they are at the plant to see or work with
  • Efficient management of these processes allows department/team members to have access to information on a timely basis and to meet the time requirements of project requests.
  • Filing, maintenance of files, and tracking of all-important documentation to the department/team.
  • Follow-up system.
  • Always maintain confidentiality
  • Handle calls and take messages in a professional manner.
  • Answer the door in a professional manner.

Job Position: Mechanic

Job Summary

  • Assist maintenance team and carryout technical work planned by Maintenance Manager.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Recommend to Maintenance team lead technical enhancements that improve operation and reduce breakdowns.
  • Communicate with the production engineer to prepare and ensure the acceleration of the intervention on machines and preventive maintenance needed.
  • Ensure that safety measures are respected by the maintenance team.
  • Perform maintenance tasks.
  • Support production commissioning new machines or machinery upgrades
  • Execute maintenance planning.

Job Position: Microbiologist / Lab Technician

Job Summary

  • Review & approve Raw Material inspection reports for all incoming Raw Material to meet standard requirements and report to Quality Control Team Leader.
  • Coordinate with Raw Material & purchasing Departments for any non-conformity of received Raw Material.

Responsibilities & Tasks
Responsibilities & Tasks Duties Include But Are Not Limited To:

  • Review & approve raw material inspection reports upon receiving new Raw material / Other Raw Material (RM/ORM) to meet standard requirements.
  • Fill non-conformity report for any quality defect found during inspection to report to Quality Control Unit Head for approval.
  • Coordinate & follow up with W/H & purchasing Departments to relay related claims to supplier
  • Ensure placing "STOP" Tag on quality non-conformity material to prevent issuing to plant for production.
  • Ensure removing warning tape for quality approved material.

KPI'S: Key Performance Indicators

  • Nonconformity RM

  • Manages automation projects as assigned and closely monitors their progress.
  • Installs, tests, and starts-up control systems on-site as needed.
  • Trains and coaches on the job operators and engineers on control systems.
  • Follows international machinery development and new instrumentation technologies in coordination with Technical manager.

Required Job Qualifications & Competencies
Education & Experience:

  • Engineering Degree or Technical Degree (Electrical).
  • Must work within manufacturing field position for 3 - 5 years.
  • Had attended professional trainings in PLC and automation.
  • Professional knowledge in PLCs specially Siemens S7.
  • Professional Knowledge in Servo motors, drives.
