We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Front Desk Officer (Male)

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting patients with appointments and inquiries.
• Scheduling and managing appointments, including confirmations and cancellations.
• Collecting and updating patient information such as medical history and insurance details.
• Verifying insurance and processing payments for services rendered.
• Managing the flow of patients and minimizing wait times.
• Monitoring office supplies and alerting when inventory is low.
• Supporting marketing efforts and encouraging patient retention.
• Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department.
• Maintaining patient files and ensuring confidentiality.
• Handling correspondence, including reminders and follow-up notifications.
• Providing general administrative support to the team.
• Keeping the front desk area clean and organized.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 2 years of experience.

Salary
N130,000 - N150,000 per month.

2.) Business Development Officer

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Analysis:

• Conduct research on local dental care needs, competitors, and patient demographics.
• Identify opportunities for service expansion based on market trends.

Lead Generation & Patient Acquisition:

• Develop strategies to generate new patient leads through digital marketing, local outreach, and partnerships.
• Build relationships with referring partners (e.g., general practitioners, specialists).

Sales Strategy & Community Engagement:

• Increase clinic visibility through local events, health fairs, and outreach programs.
• Build partnerships with local businesses, schools, and organizations to offer dental services.

Client Relationship Management:

• Maintain strong relationships with patients to encourage loyalty and referrals.
• Monitor patient feedback and collaborate with the team to improve patient retention.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring:

• Track and report on business development activities, patient acquisition, and clinic growth.
• Provide regular performance updates and recommend strategy adjustments.

Collaboration & Coordination:

• Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials and campaigns.
• Work with the dental team to ensure seamless patient experience from marketing to treatment.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 4 years of experience.

Salary
N180,000 - N200,000 monthly.

3.) Graphics Designer

Responsibilities

• Design Marketing Materials: Create visually appealing brochures, flyers, posters, and other promotional materials to market the clinic’s services.
• Digital Content Creation: Develop social media graphics, website visuals, email templates, and digital ads to engage patients online.
• Brand Development: Ensure the clinic’s branding is consistent across all designs, including logos, color schemes, and fonts.
• Collaborate with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to align design projects with clinic campaigns and goals.
• Patient Communication: Design patient forms, newsletters, and educational content to enhance patient experience and communication.
• Update Website: Assist in designing and updating visual elements for the clinic’s website to maintain a fresh, professional appearance.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in related fields with 1 - 3 years of work experience.

Salary
N130,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
