We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Mechanical Engineer

Job Location: Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary


  • The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for the design coordination, site supervision, and execution of all mechanical engineering services across Casalavoro Real Estate Limited’s mass housing and high-end residential projects.
  • The role focuses on efficient, cost-effective, and durable mechanical systems that meet quality expectations for both affordable and luxury developments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and review mechanical designs for mass housing estates and high- end residential buildings, including HVAC, plumbing, water supply, drainage, firefighting, and gas systems.
  • Supervise on-site installation of mechanical systems to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and Casalavoro quality standards.
  • Ensure mechanical solutions are optimized for cost, durability, ease of maintenance, and energy efficiency, particularly for large-scale housing developments.
  • Liaise with architects, structural engineers, electrical engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of mechanical services.
  • Prepare mechanical work schedules, material take-offs, and cost estimates insupport of project budgeting and procurement.
  • Monitor contractors and subcontractors, ensuring workmanship quality, adherence to timelines, and compliance with HSE requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, identify defects or deviations, and ensure timely corrective actions.
  • Participate in testing, commissioning, and final handover of mechanical systems for completed housing units.
  • Support value engineering initiatives, especially on mass housing projects, without compromising safety or performance.
  • Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and as-built records for completed projects.

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 5 years experience

Others:

  • COREN registration is mandatory; NSE membership is an added advantage.
  • Proven experience with mass housing estates and/or high-end residential developments.
  • Strong practical knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, fire protection systems, water reticulation, and building services.
  • Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
  • Good understanding of Nigerian building codes and relevant international standards.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, MS Project, and Microsoft Office tools.

2.) Electrical Engineer

Job Location: Nigeria

Job Summary

  • The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for the coordination, supervision, and execution of all electrical engineering services across Casalavoro Real Estate Limited’s mass housing and high-end residential projects.
  • The role focuses on safe, efficient, and cost-effective electrical installations that meet statutory requirements and Casalavoro’s quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and review electrical designs for mass housing estates and high-end residential buildings, including power distribution, lighting systems, earthing and lightning protection, ELV systems, and standby power solutions.
  • Supervise on-site electrical installations to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project standards.
  • Ensure electrical systems are optimized for safety, energy efficiency, durability, and ease of maintenance, particularly for large-scale housing developments.
  • Liaise with mechanical engineers, architects, structural engineers, and project managers to ensure proper integration of electrical services with other building systems.
  • Prepare electrical work schedules, material take-offs, and cost estimates to support budgeting and procurement activities.
  • Monitor electrical contractors and subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship, adherence to timelines, and compliance with HSE requirements.
  • Conduct routine site inspections, identify defects or non-conformities, and ensure prompt corrective actions.
  • Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover of electrical installations, including load tests and functional checks.
  • Support value engineering initiatives, especially on mass housing projects, without compromising safety or statutory compliance.
  • Prepare progress reports, site instructions, as-built drawings, and technical documentation for completed projects.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.Eng. or B.Sc.) in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
  • COREN registration is mandatory; NSE membership is an added advantage.
  • Proven experience with mass housing estates and/or high-end residential developments.
  • Strong practical knowledge of electrical building services, including low-voltage systems, lighting, power distribution, earthing, lightning protection, and ELV systems.
  • Ability to interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
  • Good understanding of Nigerian building codes, utility regulations, and relevant international standards.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, MS Project, and Microsoft Office tools.

3.) Executive Trainee

Job Location: Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

  • The CasaLavoro Executive Trainee Program (ETP) is a structured leadership development initiative designed to identify, groom, and prepare high-potential young professionals for future managerial and executive roles within the organization.
  • Participants will gain hands-on exposure to executive operations, core business units, and strategic decision-making through structured training, departmental rotations, and direct engagement with the Executive Office.
  • As part of the program, participants will rotate through key departments, including Legal, Finance, Human Resources, Asset Management, Sales, Real Estate, and Residence Operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in structured executive training and leadership development programs.
  • Support executive-level tasks such as preparing briefs, reports, presentations, and policy documents.
  • Conduct research, data analysis, and strategic assessments to support management decisions.
  • Attend strategy and management meetings as assigned and provide summaries or action points.
  • Execute confidential assignments and assist in tracking executive directives.
  • Lead and support strategic projects during advanced stages of the program.
  • Demonstrate discipline, professionalism, initiative, and alignment with CasaLavoro’s values at all times.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Executive Office or Management.

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Minimum of Second-Class Upper (2:1) degree from a recognized university.
  • Law and Economics graduates are strongly preferred.
  • Age range: 23–28 years.
  • Strong academic performance and evidence of leadership potential.
