About The Role

- In this leadership role, you will oversee key HR functions, including employee engagement, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Organizational Development:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s mission, vision, and growth objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing guidance on people-related decisions and organizational design.
- Partner with department heads to identify workforce challenges and create solutions that drive business success.
Workforce Planning:
- Forecast workforce needs, ensuring the right talent is in place to support business goals.
- Enhance employer branding initiatives to position the company as a top employer in the software development sector.
Performance Management & Leadership Development:
- Design and oversee performance evaluation frameworks that drive accountability, feedback, and continuous improvement.
- Develop leadership training programs to strengthen managerial capabilities across the company.
- Support succession planning by identifying high-potential employees and creating growth pathways.
Employee Engagement & Culture Development:
- Lead engagement initiatives that foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
- Regularly assess employee sentiment through surveys and feedback mechanisms, implementing action plans to address concerns.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts to create an inclusive workplace where all employees thrive.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Ensure company policies and procedures comply with labor laws and industry best practices.
- Oversee employee relations, mediating workplace conflicts and ensuring fair resolutions.
- Implement and optimize HR technology solutions for seamless people operations and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

- Experience implementing HR technology solutions and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

2.) Talent Acquisition Manager
Job Location: Ilupeju, Lagos

Job Description
- An experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to create extraordinary candidate experiences through the right systems and structures. A highly engaged professional to enhance and manage the talent acquisition processes.
- A creative thinker to implement, and maintain sourcing and recruiting strategies with emphasis on high tech recruiting practices, full utilization. Track and maintain Talent metrics, reporting and analysis to realize most efficient processes.
Responsibilities
What you will do:
- Enhance and monitor sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies?
- Collaborate to design, plan and execute employer branding activities
- Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors
- Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience
- Suggest measures for improving employee retention?
- Manage employee referral programs
- Identify unique and create techniques to source candidates
- Ensure team execution of selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, etc.)
- Identify bottlenecks in the recruiting process
- Attend career and college fairs, and similar events
- Manage and report recruiting KPIs
Qualifications
- 6 + years of experience in Talent Acquisition Management
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
- Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological test etc.)
- Hands on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards
- Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools
