1.) Environment Manager

Job Summary
- The Country Environmental Manager reports to the Country Quality Safety and Environment Manager and is responsible for ensuring the planning, implementation, and monitoring of Coca-Cola HBC sustainability commitments and ensures compliance with ISO standards, Coca-Cola Operating Requirements (KORE), CCH, and Regulatory requirements through effective implementation of Management systems and periodic audits.
Is this you?
- Formal Education: University degree in: Environmental Management/ Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, and Engineering (Advanced degree is an added advantage)
- Lead/ Internal auditor qualifications for ISO 14001, ISO 46001
- Professional Certification in Environmental Management (Added Advantage)
- Fluent in Working and Written English
Responsibilities
- Operational knowledge and experience in Sustainability, Environment, Water Resources, Waste and Waste-water Management)
- Knowledge of global, local, and industrial environmental Issues
- Understanding of energy and water efficiency practices and initiatives especially within the food manufacturing industries.
- Knowledge of local and international Environmental legal requirements
- Knowledge of life cycle analysis
- Experience in compliance and audit management systems in Environment.
- Knowledge and experience of Science Based Targets (SBT) and Sustainability/ Climate change Reporting systems and Tools.
- Knowledge quality and Environmental Management Systems standards TCCC KORE, ISO 14001, 46001.
- Experience in Structured Problem Solving for Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action planning methods (Kaizen, etc.).
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office programs (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) to effectively conduct assessments, analyze data, and construct presentations.
2.) On Trade Account Developer - Premium Spirit
Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary
- The Successful candidate will be expected to executes sales drivers activities (distribution, visibility, promotion, quality, persuasion) and also run the commercial surveys, analyzes market demand and potential.
Responsibilities
- Sets daily outlet visit plan based on routing.
- Executes Sales Drivers Activities (Distribution, Visibility, Promotion, Quality, Persuasion)
- Runs the commercial surveys, analyzes market demand and potential
- Drive Sales performance and sets daily targets with On-trade Leader
- Manages POS (permanent and temporary)
- Implements Consumer Promotions/Events according to brand plan
- Drive customer relationships according to priorities & agreed plans and ensures that these are adhered across all agreements and customer interactions.
- Execute the market development of area/customer of responsibility (volume, growth, revenue, market share, etc.) & achieves KBIs
- Effective selling and negotiation with customers (new products, distribution, etc. )
- Participation to team activities for the achievement of the team's results (critical KBIs)
- Builds and continuously upgrades customer relationships to drive the Business forward
- Ensures that relationships are developed with peers across cooperating departments and upwards that lead to alignment of plans and enable delivery of sales results
- Continuously improves processes and exploits growth opportunities in the market that will bring better results at lower cost
- Ensures achievement of new launches targets in own area and contributes to total team results.
- Identify and recruit new prospective HORECA accounts
- Coordinate the implementation and periodic review of security personnel and ensuring a high level
Requirements
- Minimum of Three years’ experience in FMCG (Alcoholic Beverage/Premium Spirits Category),
- Commercial & Customer Marketing Experience (Spirits/AFBs)
- Desired Candidate must be an excellent communicator and interested in delivering and improving service standards to our esteem customers

3.) Code of Business Conduct and Compliance Manager
Job Location: Lagos (Hybrid)
Job Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- The Country COBC & Compliance Manager supports the Company in continuing to create a culture of compliance by establishing standards and procedures to prevent, reduce, and detect illegal, unethical, and improper conduct.
- The COBC & Compliance Audit Manager ensures these standards are communicated and adopted across the area of responsibility and for monitoring compliance with the Code of Business Conduct (COBC) as well as other compliance policies, such as the Group Anti-Bribery policy.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the investigation process for all COBC matters in the assigned BUs.
- Conduct Anti-Bribery and other Compliance-related Audits.
- Track, analyze, and report all COBC matters to the respective bodies.
- Serve as a member of the Joint Task Force (JTF).
- Provide guidance to Security and HR on COBC investigations.
- Promote fraud awareness by sharing learnings from investigations with RBA Audit Teams and IC Teams.
- Lead the local E&C Committee(s) and provide timely reports to HO E&C Committees on activities and results.
- Collaborate with the Legal department and other functions, such as Security, HR, and Finance, to evaluate policies and training to promote compliance with the COBC and other Group policies.
- Support Legal and other departments in new compliance programs and policy initiatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with the Audit teams and ensure timely communication of identified fraud risks.
- Assist in developing and conducting training, raising awareness, and developing/maintaining relationships with management colleagues across the country to identify and address key risks.
- Bring awareness to the CCH Speak Up! line through creative and targeted awareness sessions and communications that can be leveraged Countrywide.
- Monitor COBC trends to develop and deploy training tailored for specific functions.
- Exercises absolute integrity, confidentially, and ethical behavior in all aspects of personal and professional life.
Requirements
- 7+ years of related professional work experience (investigation and compliance functions)
- A University-level Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, related field or equivalent.
- Experience in performing complex internal fraud and misconduct investigations.
- CFE/ACCA/CIA (or equivalent) required
- Possess strong project management skills, shows the ability to make sound decisions and exhibits initiative and intuitive thinking.
- Very strong oral communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to write clear and concise reports for Management.
