We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Admin / Facility Officer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary


  • The Admin/Facility Officer will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and facility management operations of the organization.
  • This includes ensuring proper maintenance of office facilities, utilities, and equipment, as well as providing basic IT and electrical support.
  • The role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to resolve facility and IT-related issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Facility Management:

  • Oversee general office administration, including office supplies, utilities, and workspace management.
  • Supervise the maintenance and repair of office facilities, equipment, and infrastructure.
  • Manage vendor relationships and service providers (cleaning, security, maintenance, etc.).
  • Maintain records of facility operations, maintenance schedules, and service contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the premises.
  • Coordinate logistics for office activities, meetings, and staff welfare needs.

IT Support:

  • Provide first-level IT support for staff (hardware/software troubleshooting, system setups, printers, scanners, and network connectivity).
  • Assist in the installation and configuration of computer systems, applications, and network devices.
  • Coordinate with external IT vendors for advanced technical issues or system upgrades.
  • Support data backup and basic cybersecurity practices across office systems.

Electrical & Technical Support:

  • Carry out minor electrical repairs, installations, and maintenance of office lighting, sockets, and power systems.
  • Monitor and ensure efficient use of electrical equipment, including generators, inverters, and UPS systems.
  • Liaise with technical contractors for major electrical works or facility upgrades.
  • Conduct routine checks to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degreein Business Administration, Facility Management, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of proven experience in administration, facility management, or a related role.
  • Basic IT support skills (hardware/software troubleshooting, networking, MS Office).
  • Hands-on knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and repairs.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and vendor management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and respond quickly to operational challenges.

2.) Production Manager

Job Location: Sagamu, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of chemical production activities, ensuring efficiency, quality, safety, and compliance with industry regulations.
  • This role requires strong leadership and a deep understanding of chemical manufacturing processes to drive productivity while maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and control all manufacturing operations to meet production targets in line with company objectives.
  • Oversee the formulation, blending, batching, and packaging processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations (e.g., NAFDAC, SON, ISO standards).
  • Supervise, train, and develop the production team, including supervisors, technicians, and operators.
  • Monitor production performance, analyze KPIs, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
  • Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and other departments for seamless operations.
  • Develop and manage production budgets, minimize waste, and optimize resource utilization.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of plant machinery and equipment in coordination with the engineering team.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen) to improve efficiency and product quality.
  • Prepare regular production reports and present updates to senior management.

Qualifications and Experience

  • B.Sc./HND in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 9–12years of experience in chemical or related manufacturing industries, with at least 6years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in managing production teams and processes in a regulated environment.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of chemical production processes and quality systems.
  • Sound understanding of HSE standards and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in production planning tools and ERP systems.

3.) Sales Administrator

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilites

  • Process calls, mails and online sales request from clients promptly
  • Analyze existing and potential markets to identify and secure business development opportunities
  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries, queries, attend to walk-in customers and escalate matters to appropriate departments (accounts, warehouse etc)
  • Design and deliver technical training and continuous development initiatives.
  • Closely work with sales and marketing counterparts to ensure product launch, exhibitions, and events are well supported.
  • Provide back-end support to the sales team in the discharge of functions
  • Maintain an accurate database of client and prospect information
  • Ensure accuracy of all time bound submissions to external clients (quotations, invoices, orders)
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge on company products for effective service delivery
  • Manage end to end delivery of processed orders promptly
  • Compile sales reports and monitor sales efforts
  • Communicate customer feedback
  • Coordinate technical forums and presentations within the country.
  • Develop good customer relationship by phone calls, follow-ups, emails, broadcasts etc.
  • Provide technical expertise, offered technology, tools, on customer’s technical –related business needs.

Qualifications
