1.) Sales & Business Development Executive

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

• In order to expand our business operations, we need a competitive and reliable sales executive.
• Our preferred candidate will work with our team to meet and exceed our business objectives and expansion of our organization.

Job Responsibilities

• To promote the company’s existing services and introduce new services to the market.
• Execute new sales directives, content and promotional campaigns.
• Achieve the set targets of the company.
• Identify market opportunities, develop plan to properly position the brand and to improve/ achieve the company’s marketing goals.
• Sponsorship/Sales for her annual event.

Requirements / Skills

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / Master's Degree qualification with 2 - 7 years of work experience.
• Experience in digital marketing and content writing may be advantageous.
• Knowledgeable in sales and marketing.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and creative thinking skills.
• The ability to work under pressure and to deliver.
• A ‘can do’ attitude.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and customer service skills.
• The ability to understand and follow the company’s policies and procedures.

2.) Creative Graphic Designer

Job Location: Ikeja. Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other departments to understand design requirements, preferences, and expectations in line with the brand design guidelines.
• Responsible and self-motivated for day-to-day creative projects, adhering to production and internal deadlines.
• Consistently come up with new ideas of relatable graphics to the consumer market.
• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Work with copywriters and the creative director to produce the final design
• Test graphics across various media
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Maintaining brand consistency in designing logos, social media graphics, newsletters, ads, web pages, etc.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND or OND qualification with 2 - 7 years of work experience.
• Ability to interpret briefs to create compelling UI/UX Design is an added advantage
• Ability to create video and/or motion graphic content is an added advantage
• Proven experience as a graphics artist, visual effects, video work or similar role.
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
• Capability to deliver brilliant creative ideas and show amazing attention to detail.
• Strong oral, and written communication. Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and CorelDraw)

3.)  Web Developer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

• We are looking for a web developer who is skilled in designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting and supporting mid-size to large-scale websites and applications.
• Must be able to create, understand and explain detailed specifications and business requirements in order to deliver business value
• We are looking for an exceptional candidate with a strong work ethic and ability to work on own initiatives.

Description
This Web Designer's responsibilities will include:

• Understanding the overarching business objectives and advising on the most appropriate campaign material.
• Work with the brand team to devise creative and innovative campaigns in line with the overall digital marketing efforts.
• You will be responsible for all online creative assets including photography, videos, infographics, banners and social media content.
• Develop creative campaign ideas to support the promotions to maximize conversion rates and income for the website.
• Ensure all projects that are briefed hit the deadlines provided.
• Be able to provide web ready designs for a full range of marketing communications including banners, advertisements, email shots, infographics and all other graphics for the website.

Requirements

• Have knowledge of UX /UI design
• Keeping up to date with all the latest internet trends – whether it be the explosion of mobile or integration of re-targeting marketing campaigns with social media Profile
• Excellent knowledge of WordPress
• 2 years + experience within a similar role ideally within corporates or e-commerce
• You will have the following skills for this role:
• Proven Web Design experience.
• Adobe Creative Suite – in particular Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experienced in HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, PHP, Node js,JavaScript and responsive web design
• Knowledge of UX best practices
• Knowledge of PPC, Digital & Social Media Marketing
• Ability to design across multiple channels including desktop and mobile app
• Passion for web design
• Strong background in Web design / or online marketing experience, in a customer facing role.
• Be very organised and able to manage your time effectively
• You must be a good communicator and feel confident managing the team relationships.
• Show creative skills and drive a culture of continuous process improvement
• Experience in delivering web campaign graphics to engage customers and ultimately lead to increased conversions.
• You should have experience with content management systems.
• Experience with Google Website Analytics and Optimizer
• Must be proficient in content management systems like (CMS) WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Magento, Presta shop amongst others.
• Desirable that you are able to design in Adobe Creative Suite.

Salary
N70,000 - N150,000 monthly.
