Eat 'N' Go Limited is a restaurant group on a mission to become the premier food operator in Africa. So far, our growing family consists of three international brands, Domino's Pizza, Cold Stone Creamery & Pinkberry.

Eat ‘N’ Go limited officially started operation in August 2012 with the premier store at 4, Saka Tinubu Victoria Island, Lagos. Today, Eat N' Go has about 100 stores (outlet) across Nigeria and still growing.

We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Assistant Director of Production

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Job Type: Full-time

Job Description


  • The role would assist the Director of Production, Warehousing, and Logistics in overseeing all factories/production centers of Domino’s Pizza and Coldstone Creamery in Nigeria, and manage the company's warehouse & logistics unit.

Production:

  • Oversee factory operations for Domino’s and Coldstone across Nigeria.
  • Oversee the process of development of new product portfolio and menu architecture.
  • Develop and implement cost reduction programs including identification of new materials, sources, consolidation of demand and waste minimization to achieve targeted reduction in cost of goods sold.
  • Manage quality assurance across manufacturing and retail operations ensuring maintenance of quality and food safety standards based on ISO22000/2015 , HACCP, GMS HSEQ Program certified by third Party such NSF, SGS.

Warehouse:

  • Oversee the entire warehouse operations in compliance with company’s policies and vision.
  • Overseeing receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations. Keep stock control system up to date and plan future capacity requirements.
  • Implementing operational policies and procedures.

Logistics:

  • Oversee the entire logistics of the business
  • Manage the outsourcing of the cold supply chain logistics.
  • Manage distribution of items across all stores and from warehouse.
  • Responsible of the management of ENG workshop etc.

Qualifications

  • Relevant certifications
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in similar role
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to go over and above to move the business forward
  • Should possess strong relationship and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to network, embrace the bigger picture whilst having an eye for day to day detail
  • Should be a creative strategist with excellent organizational abilities. 
  • Strong general knowledge of the organization and its functions.
  • Strong understanding of the business environment.

2.) Internal Auditor

Job Location: Lagos
Job Type: Contract

Job Description
The following are some of the responsibilities of the Resident Auditor:

  • Conduct daily stock audit and issuing variance report for the two brands.
  • Flexible schedule to audit the CSR’s during different day parts ( morning , Afternoon , evening and closing)
  • Short-Banking validation and monitor items relating to LSM, free samples, proms, BOGOF, etc.
  • Regular (Sales) cash , Card spot checks.
  • Regular petty cash spot checks including all expenses such as (Transportation , Maintenance expenses and any other ops related expenses)
  • Store supply verification from commissary and any other direct supplies.
  • Sales deposit (Cash and Card verification)
  • Review and validation of Stock Variance Report of the Store
  • Review all inter-stores transfers to ensure that all proper approvals and documentations are raised. etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Business related course (Accounting, Audit, Finance, Statistics or Economics)
  • 2 years of experience in an Audit function; QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) experience would be an added advantage.
  • ACA certification is an added advantage
  • High Integrity, utmost confidentiality level
  • Good analytical skill etc

3.) Maintenance Technician / GPM

Job Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Description

  • Repair and Maintenance of Kitchen Equipment.
  • Planning, coordinating and manages the work of the maintenance officers including Kitchen equipment servicing and cleaning, material component overhauls and preventive maintenance inspections. 
  • Ensuring achievement of all maintenance-related key performance indicators KPIs , including type and timeliness of preventive maintenance inspections, mean distance between failures, time ‘out of service’ and missed service. 
  • Maintains daily Kitchen equipment availability, equipment's undergoing maintenance and return to service activity and reporting.
  • Identifying opportunities and efficiencies for improving service delivery methods. 
  • Establishing  and adjusting maintenance priorities in accordance with work demands, resources, and department goals 
  • Initiating, implementing and innovating projects and processes that improve efficiency and/or reduce operating cost

Qualifications

  • The minimum degree required is OND
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • The ability to work quickly and methodically
  • The ability to concentrate while doing repeated tasks
  • The ability to follow instructons
