Job Summary

• The Hair Stylist provides professional haircare services including styling, coloring, cutting and treatments while ensuring excellent customer experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand desired style and hair condition.
• Recommend hairstyles based on face shape, hair texture and trends.
• Wash, treat, condition and prepare hair for styling.
• Perform cutting, trimming, braiding, coloring and styling services.
• Create hairstyles for both every day and special events.
• Apply treatment products (masks, serums, color protectants, etc.).
• Maintain accurate client records and hairstyle preferences.
• Manage bookings and attend to walk-in clients.
• Sterilize tools and maintain a clean workstation.
• Promote and sell haircare products when suitable.

Skills & Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with work experience.    
• Professional training in hair styling and treatments.
• Strong knowledge of current beauty and hair trends.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Flexible to work shifts/weekends.
• Valid hair styling license or certification.

2.) Spa & Airbnb Supervisor / Manager

Job Location: Nigeria
Reports to:CEO

Job Summary

• The Supervisor / Manager oversees daily operations of the spa and Airbnb, ensuring service quality, staff performance and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations and Airbnb guest management.
• Coordinate staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Monitor financial performance, sales goals and operational budgets.
• Conduct stock ordering, monthly stock counts and inventory management.
• Ensure excellent client experiences across all services.
• Enforce treatment standards, hygiene practices and safety protocols.
• Train and supervise staff, offering performance feedback.
• Handle customer complaints professionally.
• Liaise with senior management for reporting and strategy.
• Coordinate facility maintenance and repairs.
• Promote aftercare products and service upgrades.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong leadership and supervisory experience.
• Professional certification in spa/beauty/wellness is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage staff, client relations and operations efficiently.
