1.) Human Resource Officer

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Position Overview

  • The HR Officer is responsible for supporting the HR department in various functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Officer will work closely with other departments to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding:


  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new hires and ensure proper onboarding procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Assist in the performance appraisal process by coordinating evaluations and providing support to managers.
  • Monitor employee performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues.
  • Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and effective manner.
  • Promote a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare HR reports and analyse data to support decision-making.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Officer, HR Assistant, or similar role(Minimum of 1yr post NYSC)
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.

2.) Fleet Supervisor

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Fleet Supervisor to oversee our team of drivers. 
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies, monitoring attendance, and maintaining vehicle records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage driver sign-in and attendance records.
  • Ensure all drivers wear their uniforms and ID cards while on duty.
  • Supervise the proper filling of driver logbooks.
  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance schedules and report any damages or mechanical issues.
  • Work with the Fleet team to resolve client’s complaints.
  • Ensure all drivers properly fill out logbooks and trip records.
  • Work closely with the operations team to optimize driver schedules and workload.
  • Conduct routine inspections of company vehicles to ensure they are in good condition.
  • Enforce company policies regarding driver conduct and operational procedures.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in fleet supervision or a related role is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to enforce company policies.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision.

3.) Executive Assistant to the Managing Director

Job Description

  • As the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the executive office. 
  • You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks that require meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders. Handle correspondence, draft emails, and manage communication flow.
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including drafting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
