1.) Senior Programme Manager
Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Description
- To manage software development projects in alignment with engineering process, upholding, and reinforcing agile practices in the business and building self-organizing teams.
Responsibilities
- Project Management
- Ensures satisfactory service with customers at all levels (Business Analyst, Developers, and Management)
- Conducts internal audits to measure and assure adherence to established Quality Assurance standards for software development, application integration, information system performance, and corresponding documentation
- Makes recommendations for improvement of applications to programmers and software developers or engineers
- Creates methodologies and processes for the collection and analysis of data for ensuring software, systems, and product quality
- Track project against its schedule and objectives and take corrective actions to address deviations
- Agile Practice
- Ensures proper documentation of all product and project activities
- Reviews new or modified programs, including documentation, diagram, and flow charts, to determine if the programs will perform according to user requests and conform to guidelines
- Escalate issues to the appropriate authority to get support in closing long standing issues or issues threatening achievement of business objectives
- Supports the Product Owner in managing the backlog and guide the team while facilitating a healthy team dynamic with respect to priorities and scope
- Escalates people problems to management where necessary
- Supports the team’s efforts to continuously improve communications and relationships with other teams
- Supports the team in addressing and eliminating issues to improve the likelihood of achieving the objectives of the Iteration
- Exhibits the behaviors of a Lean-Agile leader who leads by example; leads the change; and helps the team embrace SAFe core values, adopt, and apply SAFe principles
- Facilitates team events, including (where applicable) the Daily Stand-up, Iteration Planning, Iteration Review, and Iteration Retrospective
- Supports the overall adoption of SAFe across the enterprise by coaching stakeholders and other non-agile teams on effective interactions with agile teams
- Responsible for preparing weekly report while also responsible project documentation as well as agile event documentation
Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree / HND in Computer / System / Information Technology or a related discipline
- Minimum of six (6) years in a similar function with a focus on IT product
- Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as SAFe, Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions
- Relevant certification such as ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Project Management, Certified Scum Master (CSM), PRINCE2 Foundation/Practitioner, Associate in Project Management, Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) .

3.) Team Lead, Quality Assurance
Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Description
- To design, document and implement tests to expose bugs, and work with teams to checkmate the recurrence of errors in order to meet high quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage the QA process in the Engineering cluster and any other assigned tasks, using best practices and guidelines
- Work as part of a passionate continuous delivery team to ensure quality is driven into the heart of the development process from requirements definition through to delivery
- Establish and implement performance tests to report on system capability and limits
- Ensure security best practices for developed applications
- Find, investigate, track, reproduce and document bugs
- Co-ordinate software releases to ensure seamless deployments every time
- Employ Continuous Testing techniques to prevent quality issues during the development phase and ensure post-deployment satisfaction of internal and external customers
- This can be achieved by ensuring compliance to agreed Engineering and Testing principles
- Design the automation test strategy, implement and maintain tests
- Collate team performance data and report periodically on testing efforts, test challenges and deployment activities to the Test Manager
- Work closely with the Test Manager to ensure improvements to QA activities and processes
- Work with stakeholders to continuously think about product performance engineering and seek to reduce production incidences and customer dissatisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree / HND in Computer / System / Electrical / Electronic Engineering / Applied Physics / Computer Science or a related discipline
- At least 6 years of hands on experience in Testing and Automation.
