We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Internal Auditor

Job Location: Tradefair, Lagos
Department: Internal Audit

Key Responsibilities

• operations, and compliance, to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee and participate in stock counts, ensuring that inventory is accurately counted and matches the records.
• Identify and evaluate risks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement within the organization’s operations.
• Prepare audit plans and reports, ensuring timely completion of audits and accurate reporting to senior management.
• Review financial statements, accounting records, and operational procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and recommendations from previous audits.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of risk management systems and advise on appropriate risk mitigation measures.
• Assist with the preparation of internal audit reports and presentations for the senior management team and board.
• Assist with special investigations or projects as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in internal auditing or a related field, preferably within the retail or luxury goods industry.
• Strong understanding of audit methodologies, internal controls, risk management, and compliance.
• Proficient in using Accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ethical standards and integrity in conducting audits.
• Proximity to Trade fair is essential.

Salary
N130,000 - N150,000 Monthly.

2.) Shelf Attendant

Job Location: Tradefair, Ojo Road - Lagos

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of all shelves and display units daily.
• Ensure that all perfume samples on display are free from dust and debris.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an SSCE / WASSCE qualification
• Proximity to tradefair is very essential.

3.) Assistant Account Officer

Job Location: Tradefair Market, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Our client is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Account Officer to assist with the day-to-day financial operations.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the overall accounting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining financial records and ensuring they are accurate and up to date.
• Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare and submit financial reports as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary
N100,000 / month.
