We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Performance Officer

Job : Abuja (FCT)

Job Description


  • As a Performance Officer at Legend Internet Limited, your primary responsibility is to continuously evaluate, analyze, and optimize performance to ensure the organization achieves its objectives more efficiently and effectively.
  • You play a crucial role in contributing to the overall success of Legend by making data-based decisions.
  • This role involves maintaining performance metrics, driving adherence to the Performance Management cycle, and resolving issues arising from performance evaluations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a comprehensive database of performance metrics and measures for assessing and monitoring performance. Provide recommendations on their applicability and effectiveness.
  • Ensure that high-performing employees are recognized and rewarded for their contributions, while underperforming employees are either penalized or provided with necessary support for improvement.
  • Drive adherence to the Performance Management cycle, ensuring that performance evaluations are conducted regularly and consistently across the organization.
  • Serve as the first-line resolution for all issues arising from the Performance Management cycle, addressing concerns and providing guidance as needed.
  • Collate and process all performance appraisals across the company, compiling data for onward reporting to Executive Management.
  • Assist Line Managers and Supervisors in identifying development and career-related issues for staff based on performance appraisal results.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA)

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in performance management or a related role.
  • Knowledge of performance appraisal processes and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to make data-based decisions and recommendations.

Salary
N120,000 - N180,000 monthly.

2.) Compliance Data Analyst

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

  • The Compliance Data Analyst is responsible for ensuring the company's adherence to regulatory requirements by analyzing and interpreting compliance data.
  • This role involves collecting, processing, and evaluating data to identify potential compliance risks and implementing measures to mitigate them.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of regulatory compliance standards.

Responsibilities
Data Collection and Analysis:

  • Collect and analyze data related to compliance activities and incidents.
  • Develop and maintain databases and systems for compliance data tracking.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data that could indicate potential compliance issues.

Regulatory Reporting:

  • Prepare and submit reports to regulatory agencies as required.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of compliance-related reports.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements.

Compliance Monitoring:

  • Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance.
  • Develop and implement compliance monitoring tools and metrics.

Risk Assessment:

  • Identify and assess compliance risks within the organization.
  • Recommend and implement measures to mitigate identified risks.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive risk management.

Policy Development and Implementation:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that policies are aligned with current regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and support to staff on compliance-related matters.

Data Reporting and Visualization:

  • Create and present data visualizations and reports for management.
  • Use data visualization tools to communicate findings effectively.
  • Develop dashboards to track compliance metrics.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to compliance.
  • Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as necessary.
  • Provide support and guidance to the compliance team and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a compliance or regulatory environment.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance standards and practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Advanced degree in Data Science, Law, or a related field.

3.) HR Officer

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

  • The HR Officer will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR department in a variety of functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
  • This role requires a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:

    • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
    • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Employee Relations:

    • Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries.
    • Support the resolution of employee issues and conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
    • Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure confidentiality of all HR data.
  • Performance Management:

    • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of performance management systems.
    • Support managers in conducting performance reviews and setting development plans.
  • Compliance & Policy Administration:

    • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
    • Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  • Training & Development:

    • Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.
    • Support the development and implementation of career development programs.
  • HR Reporting & Analytics:

    • Prepare regular HR reports on key metrics such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and recruitment efficiency.
    • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR or a related role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor legislation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
