1.) Consumer Experience Manager - Nigeria

Responsibilities
- The Consumer Experience/Activation Manager co-develops and implements BTL consumer activation strategies, working closely with both the Marketing Team and the Distributor Team to drive brand awareness, Consumer engagement, trial and recruitment across multiple touchpoints in accordance with brand guidelines.
- The position reports to the Marketing Director, MH Nigeria.
- Develop and execute consumer activation plans to drive brand visibility and engagement.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales and Service providers, to align consumer experience efforts with business goals, objectives and brand guidelines
- Deliver exemplary execution throughout activation cycle – from high profile PR events to in-store pop-ups and displays
- Be obsessive about creating consumer consideration, trial and most importantly recruitment
- Work with brand teams and Marketing Director to maximize amplification of all real-world activities
- Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Designing and implementing customer service standards and guidelines to ensure consistent and exceptional service delivery for all Moet Hennessy Activations
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, agencies, and partners to support consumer activation initiatives.
- Training and educating staff on consumer-centric approaches and best practices to foster a consumer-focused culture throughout the organization and with our Distributor.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in consumer activation and experiential marketing.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field. MBA is a plus.
- Strong luxury background with previous experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales or Communications, preferably in the drinks industry.
- Strong consumer management track record.
Professional experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Consumer Activations, brand Marketing and/or related roles in the local market
- Strong Project Management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Good Understanding/Experience of Commercial & Trade Marketing
Technical & management skills:
- Strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and other Microsoft office tools
Personal & interpersonal skills:
- Excellent communication skills – Verbal & written interpersonal communication
- Must be creative and curious about in market trends, competitive moves, broader marketing topics, best practices from outwith the industry
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure
- Strong customer service orientation and good Negotiations skills when required
- Digitally savvy and able to leverage the channel to maximise amplification of events
- Highly self motivated and must be an Operator

Job Description
- The Business Analyst is a trusted partner to the General Manager (GM), with the mission of providing a strong understanding of the business commercial performance, and enabling full ownership of the perimeter P&L for the GM.
- To do so the Business Analyst establishes reports of actual results and variance analysis for the NIGERIA market.
- She/he is also the key business partner to consolidate market insights and management information for decision making, managing comprehensive sets of data and bringing them into a format that management can base their decisions on.
Responsibilities
Sales Partner:
- Organize work to improve the efficiency of sales and analytics.
- Focus on developing and monitoring compliance with commercial strategy.
- Develop tools to monitor and develop commercial performance in coordination with regional team (e.g. Power BI dashboards). Train local commercial to maximize tools utilisation.
- Analyse sales process reports (e.g., sales activity, sales opportunities, average time to close, win and loss characteristics, etc.) to identify areas for improvement in the sales process.
- Assist sales teams with sales reporting.
Business Analysis:
- Work closely with Market Managers (MMs) to report business performance (monthly shipments/depletions/stock tracking) and identify risks & opportunities vs forecast.
- Coordinate efficient information flow with AfME regional team.
- Partner with GM in preparing Business Reviews and ad hoc analysis for Senior Executives.
- Lead continuous improvement and teams collaboration to nurture organisation cross-functional performance.
Strategic Planning:
- Support cluster Market Managers with dedicated analyses.
- LE/Pre-Budget forecast (TOPAZ retrieve and update through file creation, export, checks, and review with Market Managers).
- Support GM in 5Y plan update and Brand Planning.
- Study of alternative pricing solutions.
Demand Planning:
- Coordinate orders management with supply chain.
- Work closely with Demand Planning team to provide an accurate phasing of shipment supply chain and reduce the variance vs forecast planning.
- Work closely with the Maison in coordination with Market Managers to improve relationships with our distributors.
Cash & Customer Credit Management:
- Anticipate credit limit issues to ensure orders’ on-time delivery (incl. Coface).
- Ensure achievement of the DSO target.
Requirements
Professional experience:
- 5Y experience in business controlling and/or finance, preferably in FMCG industry.
- Strong financial planning and analysis skills.
- Experience in generating process documentation and reports.
- Good business understanding, interested in sales and marketing.
Technical & management skills:
- Strong knowledge of Excel (macro, programming), PowerPoint, multi-dimensional tools (ESSBASE, EOS, Microsoft database type) are necessary.
Personal & interpersonal skills:

Responsibilities
- The Brand Manager builds the marketing strategic plans with the Head of Marketing.
- He / She works in collaboration with the Maisons, the other departments and external providers to develop and execute local brand strategy in line with global best practice and local requirements.
- This role reports to the Marketing Director, Nigeria.
- Develop and implement full Brand Plan for the brands in line with company & Maison’s guidelines
- Align & run Budget on a regular basis. Ensure optimal allocation of ATL & BTL expenditures, full budget control
- Develop detailed New product launch plan: Event & PR, on trade – off trade activation
- Provide/deliver clear consumer insights (competitor activity, consumer needs, segmentation and value proposition) to the sales team of the distributor
- Monitor the market on the regular basis; Internal Sales analysis by brand, by channel/by region
- Regular communication with Maison’s on operational matters: updated brand activation plan/calendar, coordinate Maison’s visit (organizational part); Gain best practices through knowledge of MH Europe, Maison
- Accountable for the development, implementation, and control of 360 brand engagement activities based on positioning and brand platform through close collaboration with Communication, Trade marketing & Sales departments. Post campaign evaluation and feedback
- Support ‘Brand Activation Calendar’ & responsible for its excellent execution; by monthly presentation update to Sales, communication & Trade marketing team
- Support on driving Event, PR & Brand Image Building Activities: from idea generation (Brief) to launch; Close participation with ‘Communication’ department as well as working closely with third party suppliers & agencies
- Participate in organizing VIC dinners; post evaluation
- Monitor & constant tracking of POSM stock; Optimal allocation
- Good team work on the daily basis; Generate ideas & out of box thinking
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field. MBA is a plus.
Professional experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Brand Manager
