We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Finance Associate
Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate investment opportunities, operational efficiencies, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to assess project feasibility, cost implications, and financial performance.
- Analyze financial statements, budgets, and expenditure reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in risk assessment and financial planning for infrastructure and engineering-related projects.
- Support procurement and supply chain teams by evaluating cost structures and financial feasibility.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, tax, and financial reporting requirements.
- Work closely with senior management to develop financial strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives.
- Utilize data analytics tools to enhance financial reporting and decision-making processes.
Expectations & Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience or educational background in engineering is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
- Knowledge of financial software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel (advanced).
- Ability to communicate financial insights effectively to technical and non-technical teams.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
- Prior experience in energy, manufacturing, or infrastructure-related industries is a plus.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Basic understanding of electrical circuits, power systems, and renewable energy technologies.
- Familiarity with electrical design software such as AutoCAD, MATLAB, or ETAP is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Good communication and report-writing skills.
