1.) Tech Instructor

Job Summary

• We are seeking a passionate and skilled Tech Instructor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will teach and mentor students in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Web Development, and other emerging technologies.
• This role requires both strong technical expertise and the ability to simplify complex concepts into engaging, practical lessons for learners of varying skill levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver hands-on lessons in AI concepts, machine learning basics, prompt engineering, and AI tool integration (ChatGPT, Sora, Runway, etc.).
• Teach full-stack Web Development — including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and backend frameworks (PHP/Node.js/Next.js).
• Create project-driven curricula and guide students through real-world tech projects.
• Foster creativity and problem-solving through interactive assignments and AI-powered applications.
• Evaluate student progress, provide feedback, and maintain class engagement.
• Collaborate with other instructors and academic staff to improve course content and teaching quality.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, web technologies, and digital education tools.
• Demonstrate practical use of AI in areas like web design, automation, content generation, and education.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) with 1-3 years experience.
• Proven experience in web development (frontend and/or backend).
• Familiarity with AI concepts, tools, and frameworks (OpenAI tools, TensorFlow, ChatGPT, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one major framework (React, Next.js, or Vue).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with students across different age groups and learning abilities.
• Passionate about technology, innovation, and education.

Salary
N75,000 - N100,000 per month.

2.) Marketing Executive

Job Summary

• We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Officer who will actively drive customer acquisition and partnerships for Teachly.
• This role is ideal for a target-driven, people-oriented professional who enjoys engaging schools, institutions, students, and parents to convert interest into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach partner schools, institutions, training centers, and students to promote Teachly’s services.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns for school partnerships, training programs, workshops, and events.
• Support student enrollment and school onboarding through lead generation and follow-ups.
• Represent Teachly at school visits, outreach programs, exhibitions, and tech events.
• Conduct basic market research to identify new schools, communities, and partnership opportunities.
• Track marketing performance such as engagement, leads, and enrollment growth.
• Work closely with instructors, designers, the internal team,and management tomeet monthly sales and partnership targets
• Provide feedback from the field to help improve Teachly’s offerings and sales strategies.

• Number of schools onboarded or engaged.
• Growth in student enrollment.
