1.) Senior Data Center Engineer

Job Description
- The position will be responsible for, but not limited to, providing day-to-day management of the data center including mechanical & electrical support, hardware installation support, cabling infrastructure support and asset management support. This position will also be a point of contact between the data center provider and operations team to successfully manage and meet global standards and service level agreements.
Responsibilities
- Manage all hardware platforms and associated cabling systems installed.
- Responsible for day-to-day task assignment and prioritisation for the operations team.
- Define efficient process flows to ensure teams deliver high quality output while increasing efficiency.
- Manage and track incident and change management tickets in line with internal guidelines.
- Responsible for planning, installation, relocation, reconfiguration, and de-installation of mainframe, open systems, SAN storage, Network Security system and peripherals including copper and fibre cabling infrastructure in a critical 24 7 data center.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents on mainframe, open systems, SAN storage, Network Security systems and cabling infrastructure, in adherence to data center processes regarding incident tracking, response, and documentation.
- Walk-throughs of the data center to monitor all hardware and facilities equipment.
- Work with planning team members to coordinate installation of hardware and cabling systems.
- Actively participate in project meetings and sizing requests for the installation of hardware and cabling infrastructure.
- Perform moves, adds and changes of hardware and cabling infrastructure.
- Develop, implement, conduct, oversee and document preventative maintenance plan and routine maintenance of critical mechanical & electrical systems.
- Support the Hardware Asset Management function by tracking hardware assets throughout their lifecycle according to documented processes and procedures, supporting hardware projects and inventories, improving data quality, and assisting in key analytical reporting.
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure data center infrastructure is secure and risk-free.
- Coordinate with security teams to establish and maintain security protocols, implement security measures, and conduct security audits.
- Provide updates of the physical layout of equipment and cabling infrastructure utilising data center information management tools (DCIM).
- Work with engineering and vendors to assess new technology and their impact to the data center infrastructure from a space, power, cooling and structured cabling perspective.
- Establish key relationships with the data center provider and internal support teams.
- Serve as escalation point to facilities, network, open systems, systems engineering and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support groups.
- Provide extended support for other remote facilities.
- Participate and perform governance related policies, procedures, key controls, etc.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize data center operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Successful candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent job experience.
- Relevant certified data center certification.
- Must have a successful track record of working in a 24 7 critical data center environment with experience of hardware network and cabling systems.
- Experience with network hardware installation, troubleshooting and decommissioning.
- Knowledge of ticketing systems (BMC Remedy, ServiceNow, etc.) required.
- Experience with asset management and documenting data center equipment and peripherals within DCIM systems.
- Strong knowledge of TIA-942 standards and BICSI best practices, must have working knowledge of CAT6a, Multi-Mode and Single Mode OM4.
- Strong knowledge of IP networks and network topologies and experience with fibre and copper cabling systems installation and troubleshooting.
- Strong technical and functional knowledge of data center infrastructure to include electrical and mechanical systems, fire detection and protection systems, building management systems, equipment maintenance, space planning, construction of critical facilities environments.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Teams and SharePoint skills.
- Candidate must be driven, self-motivated, and can hit the ground running.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English with effective presentation skills.
- Ability to structure, manage, and coordinate cross-organization projects and processes with multiple stakeholders.
- Requires occasional weekends and after-hours work on call support.
2.) Senior Implementation Consultant (Data & Processing Localization)

Position Summary
- This position serves as Visa Project Manager for implementation services provided to Clients with specific focus on Strategic initiatives including complex multi-market, multi-solution, multi-phased projects.
- This is an individual contributor role responsible for solving complex problems and taking a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions.
- This role serves to gather and document project requirements, coordinating the work of various workstreams involved in the project delivery while providing client consultative guidance on Visa regulations, fees, features, and functionality.
- As a member of Client Services Strategic Projects Implementation team, you will oversee the deployment of domestic processing solution among other strategic projects within the region.
- In the role of Project Manager, you will be leading technical Implementation and working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders such as Visa clients, partners, processors, and service providers.
- This role focuses on the deployment of processing infrastructure and aligning it with business needs to ensure efficient operations. It requires strategic integration of platform and product strategies to maximize synergies and drive overall business success.
Responsibilities
- Execute Visa Strategic initiatives which impact clients from a business operations perspective including changes to current products, implementation of new products and solutions.
- Manage a portfolio of projects (including projects directed by other project managers where appropriate) to ensure that project interdependencies are identified and managed, resource requirements anticipated in advance of need, and priorities established in accordance with Visa and Client strategic objectives.
- Work with the regional Visa Network Processing, global Product, Data Platform and Technology teams to identify technical insights, requirements, develop Project plan and lead new processing solutions Implementation.
- Represent client system and operational requirements to internal Visa organizations. Constantly create good functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, by being able to speak confidently with a professional demeanor.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project plans, status reports, and issues logs.
- Set priorities, influence client and Visa teams involved into various project workstreams to multi-task under tight deadlines and ensure that client and/or processor efforts, and 3rd party software providers are managed towards achieving customer and key stakeholder acceptance of deliverables.
- Coordinate internal Visa resources to ensure delivery on commitments.
- Coordinate project activities and collaborate directly with clients, technology providers, government authorities and other stakeholders as part of new processing solutions deployment.
- Assist clients by performing technical analysis of the requirements for the implementation of Visa products and services to support the business and formulate implementation solutions.
- Provide project management support to Visa clients and processors to ensure client expectations are exceeded.

- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent work experience in a business analyst role in software or financial services
- Requires a minimum of 10+ years of Information Technology system knowledge with good understanding of project management, technology and applications
- Direct experience with VisaNet, VCMS, Base I, and Base II platforms
- Familiarity with secure communication protocols such as SFTP, FTP/S, HTTPS, PGP, and message-level encryption

- This position is responsible for the oversight, support and monitoring of the application of the Ethics & Compliance Program across West Africa (WA). At Visa, the West Africa cluster consist of Nigeria, Ghana, The Gambia, Sierra Leone & Liberia.
- The position is a critical partner to the business, providing pragmatic, solution-oriented counsel to ensure that Visa has effective risk management, decision-making and review of key processes to ensure we meet international standards, the requirements of regulations and laws of the United States and of the countries in which we operate. These activities include the following areas of risk:
- Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption
- Office of Foreign Assets Controls and other Sanctions
- Anti-Money Laundering (AML) / Anti-Terrorist Financing (ATF)

Core Responsibilities
- Responsible for all Compliance Program matters as the primary point of contact for business units, support functions and other control function.
- Primary point of contact for AML/ATF matters with regulators, in collaboration with Legal and Government Relations function in West Africa.
- Be the point of reference in all compliance related engagement with the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).
- Collaboration with Visa’s Financial Intelligence Analytics Center on activities including additional and enhanced due diligence applied to AML/ATF & Sanctions cases, including direct communications and requests for information from clients and partner.
- Ensuring that the business has effective decision-making, risk assessment, processes, controls and procedures to meet obligations of internal policy and international and local regulations, laws and requirements.
- Review of significant business strategies, activities and transactions, assessment of risk and development and execution of risk mitigation action at regional, country, program and product level.
- Accountable for managing the process to provide required reporting to regulatory authorities in the West Africa sub-region, where relevant.
- Promote understanding of the Compliance Program and Code and drive effective inclusion of Compliance in business activities and strategies.
- Deliver compliance office visits within the region to re-enforce annual ethics and compliance training and adherence to the Code. Assist on Business Conduct Office investigations in WA, as needed.
- Execution of due diligence requirements of the Anti-Bribery/Anti-Corruption Program, AML/ATF & Sanctions Programs, including third party due diligence, provision of AML/ATF workshops and education for Clients and on-site Client AML program assessments. The AML/ATF component is a significant portion of the position’s overall responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or other higher education qualifications required.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in management of compliance programs and controls within the financial services industry.
- Good knowledge of payments industry products, emerging products, regulations and related trends.
- Good understanding of core pillars of effective AML/ATF and Sanctions programs and appropriate legislation.
- Professional AML/ATF accreditation required (such as CAMS).
- Sound knowledge of AML/ATF risks and typologies.
- ICA Diploma in Governance, Risk & Compliance or similar qualification preferred.
- Highly analytical and self-motivated, adept at working independently and in a dispersed team environment covering multiple and varied tasks.
- Capable of working collaboratively with employees from all levels within the organization. Flexible to work in an environment where needs are continually changing.
- Corporate experience with a proven track record of managing multiple projects in a complex matrix business and operational environments.
