We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Loan Collector

Job Location: Ladipo Mushin, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Jos Description

• A collection agent’s primary duty is to communicate with customers, usually by telephone and WhatsApp, to resolve delinquent accounts and collect payments on debts. To speak with them persuasively.

Requirements

• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Flexibility in handling computers (Computer literate)
• Investigate historical data for debts.
• Resolve customers' repayment issues.
• Excellent communication skills
• Contact due and overdue customers informing them about their loan status and collect the loan back from the
• customers.
• Negotiate loan payment and repayment schedules.
• Identify and escalate priority issues e.g. fraudulent customers.
• Keeping accurate records and updating customers' accounts on all collection activity.

Remuneration

• Basic 60,000. Also attractive bonus. HMO, and other benefits.
• Added advantage if you have loan collection experience.
