Job Position: Makeup Artist

Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Makeup Artist is responsible for providing professional makeup application services, product demonstrations, and beauty consultations to clients.
• The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a visually appealing and organized beauty section within the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized makeup application and beauty consultations to clients based on their preferences, skin type, and occasion.
• Demonstrate and promote makeup and skincare products to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of makeup trends, techniques, and product lines.
• Ensure workstations, tools, and display areas are clean, sanitized, and well-organized at all times.
• Assist customers in selecting products and offer advice on color matching, skincare routines, and application techniques.
• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Participate in store events, promotions, and makeup workshops.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Maintain accurate inventory of makeup products and tools, and report stock shortages to the Store Manager.
• Uphold brand image and ensure consistent delivery of an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2 - 3 years of experience.

Salary
N150,000 - N170,000 monthly.
