Job Description

• The Restaurant Manager oversees daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient staff management, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant activities, maintain inventory, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, address complaints, and implement service improvements.
• Recruit, train, and schedule staff; conduct performance evaluations and manage team development.
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and analyze sales to maximize profitability.
• Implement strategies to attract and retain customers, and coordinate promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 3 - 9 years of Experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills.
