New Education Consult is a consulting firm for various schools in Lagos state. We are professions that seek to recruit high flyers in the labour market for our clients. Our clients range from Primary to Secondary School with both day and boarding faciliities with international standards. Curriculum are Nigerian, British and American taught at various levels. We ensure that employed candidates are treated as guided as the Nigerian Labour Law and international best practices.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Marketing and Admission Officer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Main Responsibilities

• Forges sustainable relationships with potential partner/feeder primary schools and other viable locations; speaks to pupils and parents; manages strong and effective relationships with school leaders
• Prepares reports and proposals regarding marketing activities, and responds to inquiries from prospects
• Follows up on all leads/enquiries through to enrolment
• Ensures retention of students within the school
• Visits exhibitions, gatherings and other events and locations for the sole purpose of marketing the school and acquiring prospects
• Develops, coordinates and delivers marketing outreach programs
• Manages visits and tours for prospective students and parents
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Person Specification

• First Degree in Marketing or any discipline
• Proven experience in field (onsite, face-to-face) marketing
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Be comfortable working in a busy environment with competing demands on time
• Hard working, committed and self-motivated
• An enthusiastic, confident and pleasant personality.
