Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in the air and land cargo and courier services.
• We are looking for a results-driven Woman Marketing Manager with experience in the air and land cargo and courier industry to develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
• The successful candidate will lead marketing initiatives, build and maintain relationships with key clients, and identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve business objectives in Sea, air and land cargo and courier services
• Lead and manage marketing initiatives, including campaigns, events, and promotions
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the industry
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business solutions
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies
• Develop and manage marketing budgets
• Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the air and land cargo and courier industry
• Proven track record of success in marketing leadership roles
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, practices, and techniques
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze complex data and develop insights to inform marketing decisions
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
