Job Position: Marketing Executive

Job Location: Ejigbo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing to hit the ground running.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales.
• This role requires a mix of remote and on-site work at ourEjigbo office.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales.
• Identify potential customers and build strong client relationships.
• Create and manage content for social media, email campaigns, and digital platforms.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing reports and recommendations.
• Assist in organizing marketing events and promotional activities.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and customer needs.
• Develop partnerships and collaborations to expand market reach.
• Generate leads through various marketing channels and follow up with potential clients.
• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and hit targets within tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in social media marketing, content creation, and CRM tools.
• Experience in lead generation and sales conversion.
• Must be able to workhybrid(remote + office at Ejigbo).

Salary
N100,000 / month.
