Lontor is successful in China and now in Nigeria. Our clients outsource their Chinese day-to-day operations, marketing, customer service or/and inventory & fulfillment activities to us.

We are looking for a marketing person fluent in speaking Chinese and English.

Position: Marketing Executives

We are looking for someone with strong customer service skills and can speak good Chinese. Preferably with an involved employer that is open to your ideas and where you are given the space to develop your skills and abilities in a pleasant and informal atmosphere.

Services provided:

·   Market research
·   Digital marketing & PR
·   Day-to-day operations
·   Customer service center
·   Inventory & fulfillment
·   Translation services

Tasks:

·   Create marketing material, i.e. case study
·   Assist with market research for new business idea
·   Assist with any ad-hoc request

·   Prospecting/acquisition of new clients
·   Liaise with (potential) client to identify client needs
·   Help to prepare client presentation

Skills & qualities

·   Work independently/autonomously
·   Demonstrated multi tasking skills and ability to organize workload
.   Excellent quantitative and analytical skills

·   Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
·   Fluent in Chinese and English
·   Building relationships
