In-Motion Business Limited is an indigenous Real Estate firm incorporated in 2014 with RC number; 1193438 and her head office in Ibom Tropicana complex, Uyo. Our vision is to become a global leader in building sustainable, technology enhanced, profitable and accessible real estate across the world. We are commonly known for our proposed signature Green and Smart Estate project in Uyo, Wana Court Estate. Wana Court Green and Smart Estates are a chain of Green projects designed to address climate change, energy efficiency, net zero carbon footprint, recycling, sustainability etc. The project is currently spread across Uyo, Port Harcourt and Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Marketing / Sales Manager
Job Location: Uyo, Akwa Ibom
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• We are seeking to employ a qualified and experienced person for the position of Marketing/Sales Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day marketing/sales operations and also manage the activities of the marketing/sales executives within the firm.
• The job holder will also provide strategies for marketing, manage marketing funds and provide reports as well as advise the company properly regarding the marketing campaign.

Qualification and Experience

• BSc or its equivalent in Marketing, or related discipline. MSc in any discipline will be an advantage.
• 2-3 years of work experience as a Marketing/Sales Manager.
• At least 1-2 years prior experience working for a Real Estate firm will be a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent report-writing and communication skills
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentially.

Remuneration

• Negotiable.
• HMO plus other benefits inclusive.
