Job Position: Mechanical Designer
Job Location: Ode-Remo, Ogun

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Mechanical Designer with a minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience in mechanical design and drafting.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, developing, and improving mechanical designs while ensuring functionality, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components, systems, and assemblies.
• Produce detailed 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software.
• Review and improve existing mechanical designs for performance and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and production teams.
• Ensure designs meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Conduct design calculations, material selection, and tolerance analysis.
• Support prototyping, testing, and product development processes.
• Prepare technical documentation and design reports.

Requirements & Qualifications

• HND / B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Mechanical Designer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, CATIA, or similar).
• Solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
