We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Architect (Entry-Level)

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)

Job Description

• We are an innovative and forward-thinking company looking for a passionate entry-level Architect to join our team.
• This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working on-site two days a week and remotely for the remaining three, providing an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career while contributing to meaningful projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating architectural designs, blueprints, and models that align with client needs.
• Support senior architects in project planning, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Participate in site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to designs.
• Research building codes, materials, and industry regulations to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to meet project requirements.
• Prepare documentation and reports related to project milestones and progress.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, 3dsMax, Unreal engine
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Basic knowledge of building codes, construction processes, and project management principles.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay
N200,000 / month.
