1.) Female Registered Nurse

Job Location: Magodo Phase 2, Lagos

Job Description


  • Assessing Patients
  • Check the clients/patients vitals & keep track of vitals
  • Understanding medical terminology
  • Vitals sign taken
  • Ensuring documentation of post operative note
  • Administration of drug and meals to patients
  • Dressing of Wound
  • Ensuring functionality of ward and associated facilities daily
  • Ensuring medical accuracy
  • Providing Bedside care to patient on Observation & Admission.

Requirements

  • Must be a Registered Nurse with 2-3 years of experience.
  • Must have a practising License
  • Reside in Lagos
  • Have a good communciation skill.

2.) Head Nurse

Job Location: Magodo Phase 2, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilties

  • Collaborate with the Clinical Coordinator to establish effective systems for delivering patient-centered care with compassion, dignity, and respect, resulting in positive health outcomes
  • Administration of medications to patients according to the Doctor's prescription.
  • Follow up on all discharged or referred patients and ANC patients.
  • Monitoring of labor cases and documentation of post & and delivery operative note
  • Setting of intravenous infusion (when the need arises)
  • Perform wound care and assist physicians during procedures.
  • Ensure the highest standard of evidence-based nursing care is delivered to all patients and their families.
  • Monitor and ensure patient satisfaction and be proactive in managing any issue that is identified.
  • Act in accordance with the Nursing & Midwifery Council Code Standards of Conduct, performance and ethics for nurses.
  • Promote innovations that will improve patient care.
  • Ensure that all policies, procedures, guidelines, and work instructions that relate to patient management are regularly reviewed and updated, as required.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, concerns, non-conformities, and complaints about the wards and team, ensuring that statements are collected within agreed deadlines and by hospital policies.
  • Ensure that the education, training and professional development needs of nursing staff are identified and appropriate plans are in place to meet these needs. Participate in the training of staff as appropriate.
  • Proactively work to identify and promote sustainable workforce strategies, ensuring that retention levels are good and that nursing morale remains high.
  • Develop collaborative and cooperative relationships with other healthcare professionals, and participate in professional and managerial meetings, liaising as appropriate.
  • Prepare duty rosters to meet the activity of the wards/OPD, ensuring that staffing levels appropriately reflect case mix and dependency levels.
  • Monitoring and following-up with the Housekeepers, ensuring the theater is clean and tidy before and after procedure or surgery.
  • Participate in the selection and recruitment process, ensuring that all new staff receive an appropriate and completed induction to the hospital and wards.
  • Ensure the wards comply with all health and safety requirements.
  • Performance monitoring and management of nursing staff.
  • Any other assignment as it may come from the General Manager or higher officer.

Qualifications

  • Double Qualified Registered Nurse- Registered Midwife & Registered Nurse
  • Minimum of 2 year of Work Experience.
  • Bachelor of Nursing Science

Salary
N150,000 / month.

3.) Post NYSC Medical Officer

Job Location: Magodo Phase 2, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and provide appropriate medical treatment for various illnesses and injuries.
  • To provide initial patient care, perform a comprehensive evaluation including client or patient medical history
  • Liaise with other medical staff and clinical team in ensuring patient,clients get the best quality care
  • Maintain complete and accurate documentation of patients' encounters and complaints.
  • Ensure patients safety and medicolegal concerns.
  • Liaising with the Clinical Coordinator or other medical officers as the case may be to resolve medical concerns
  • Identify and assess patients and clients need to achieve satisfaction .
  • Document all patients evaluation which include complaint, history, examination laboratory investigations, treatment plan, follow up, medications and transaction according to company policies and procedure
  • Provide health education and support to patients and their relatives
  • Maintain confidentiality and impartiality with patients
  • Stabilize patients in crisis by carrying out all necessary procedures that are required, These may include but not limited to Catheterization of the Urinary bladder, placement of NG tube, circumcision, and other procedures as the case may be.
  • Coordinate the nurses, other clinical and support staff to prepare patients for surgery, assist in surgeries and follow up on patients post op, making sure all instructions are followed.

Educational Requirement and Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine.
  • Minimum of 1 Year Post NYSC.
  • Full Registration with the Medical and dental Council of Nigeria as a Medical Practitioner
  • Valid Annual Practicing License
  • Nysc Discharge Certificate / Exemption.

Salary
N325,000 - N350,000 monthly.

4.) Nursing Assistant

Job Location: Magodo Phase 2, Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the highest standard of evidence-based nursing care is delivered to all patients and their families.
  • Act by the Nursing & Midwifery Council Code Standards of Conduct, performance, and ethics for nurses.
  • Accurate documentation of patient's medical information and vital signs.
  • Monitoring and following up with the Housekeeping ensuring the theatre is clean and tidy before andafter procedure or surgery.
  • Ability to operate the Patient Monitor effectively monitoring the following parameters adequately ECG,Body Temperature, and Oxygen saturation.
  • Ensure the wards comply with all health and safety requirements.
  • Record patient treatment plans, interventions, outcomes, and plan revisions
  • Monitor and document symptoms and changes in patients' conditions promptly and notify the medicalofficer of any developments swiftly.
  • Ensure Proper Storage of equipment and devices properly after use
  • Develop collaborative and cooperative relationships with other healthcare professionals, and participate in professional and managerial meetings, liaising as appropriate.
  • Any other assignment as it may come from the Head Nurse or higher officer

Requirements

  • Health Assistant Certificate
  • Minimum of 2 year of Work Experience

Salary
N50,000 - N60,000 / month.
