Rimrock Hotel was established in 2021 by a hospitality expert with the vision of running a hotel business operated by global standards, This vision materialized in the form of a world-class facility boasting eight well furnished five- star rooms; More than 15 staff, an entire collection of world-class bar, gaming spot, a kitchen, a conference room seating up to 45 persons per meeting, Our main customer's segments are locals, travelers, tourists and drop in customers with any other thing that could increase the comfort of our guest at our hotel, the market we serve is value conscious and has a desire for high comfort and basic amenities, geared towards our visitor's lifestyle.

Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manager to join our team. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily operations, managing a team of employees, and ensuring the successful achievement of organizational goals.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of effective team management.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Set performance goals and objectives for team members, regularly monitor progress, and provide feedback and guidance for improvement.
• Identify training and development needs of team members and implement appropriate programs to enhance their skills and performance.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Oversee the recruitment and selection process for new team members, ensuring the right talent is brought on board.
• Develop and implement operational strategies and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of activities.
• Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines and budgetary requirements.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and address any performance issues in a timely and constructive manner.
• Uphold company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in [relevant field] or equivalent work experience.
• 4 - 8 years of work experience.
• Years of proven experience in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making.
• Sound knowledge of Hotel
• Proven track record of achieving targets and driving results.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Salary
N60,000 - N80,000 / month.
