Job Position: Operations Manager

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

• The candidate must possess a First University Degree or HND from any reputable institution.
• The candidate must have at least 7 years of experience as an operations personnel in the private security industry.
• The candidate must know how to train private guards, conduct field drill and undertake recruitment of guards.
• The candidate must be computer literate with the ability to write reports and conduct risk assessment analysis.
• The candidate must know how to communicate very well.
• The candidate must possess inter-personal skills.
