Role Description

• This is a full-time role for an Operations Office, who will report to the Chief Operating Officer.
• The Operations Officer will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and improving operational processes.
• The role demands constant coordination with staff and departments to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• This is an on-site position located in Mowe, Ogun State.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
• Experience in healthcare operations is a plus.
• Strong Operations Management skills and ability to streamline processes.
• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills to interact effectively with staff and patients.
• Analytical Skills to assess data and improve operational strategies.
• Basic understanding of Finance for budget management and cost analysis.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare setting.
