Job Position: Personal Assistant

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • ARO Management is recruiting on behalf of her client (an architect) in Lekki, Lagos. 
  • This company is seeking a proactive and energetic Personal Assistant to support site activities and project coordination. 
  • The ideal candidate does not require extensive construction or architectural knowledge but should have a basic understanding of building projects.
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday
  • Time : 8:30am - 5:00pm or after

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree & completed NYSC.
  • Experience in project coordination, site supervision, or general assistance is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
  • Experience in a structured organization is an added advantage.
  • Must be proactive, energetic, and able to take initiative.
  • Age: 23–30 years old (early 30s considered).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work alone and in a team

Responsibilities

  • Visit construction sites to check work quality (e.g., painting, finishes, and detailing).
  • Manage ad-hoc tasks and execute daily project requirements efficiently.
  • Coordinate site errands and support project managers.
  • Report site progress and flag any issues needing attention.
  • Ensure smooth communication between different teams and stakeholders.
