We are a Software Quality Assurance and Testing Services provider. Our primary goal is to be the "go to" Quality Assurance & Software Testing company in East and West Africa while developing offshore resources to fill test automation positions (and other hard to find software testing capabilities) in the North America and European markets.

Job Position: Personal Assistant

Job Location: Lagos 
Reports To: Managing Director

Job Summary


  • The Personal Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative, personal, and organizational support to the managing director, helping to manage schedules, communications, and personal tasks efficiently.
  • The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, discreet, and able to handle multiple responsibilities with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Schedule Management:

  • Manage the principal’s calendar, appointments, and reminders.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and personal engagements.
  • Handle emails, messages, and phone calls as required.
  • Organize documents, files, and records (digital and physical).

Personal & Errand Support:

  • Assist with personal errands and day-to-day tasks.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Manage personal appointments such as medical, family, or social events.
  • Support planning of personal and family events when needed.

Communication & Coordination:

  • Act as a point of contact between the managing director and third parties.
  • Draft messages, emails, and simple documents.
  • Follow up on tasks, commitments, and action items.

Confidentiality & Trust:

  • Handle sensitive personal and professional information with discretion.
  • Maintain a high level of trust, professionalism, and integrity at all times.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in basic productivity tools (email, calendar, documents).
