Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:


  • Provide technical expertise to optimise reservoir management and recovery.
  • Develop and implement strategies, including Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) techniques, to maximise field production.
  • Design and execute Field Development Plans (FDPs) aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Analyse well performance, identify inefficiencies, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Build and maintain models to simulate field performance and guide investment decisions.
  • Work closely with geoscientists, drilling engineers, and production teams for integrated planning and execution.
  • Manage budgets and ensure cost-efficient resource allocation.
  • Assess risks in field development projects and production strategies, recommending mitigation measures.

What We’re Looking For
Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree is an advantage.

Experience:

  • 10–15 years of experience in petroleum engineering.
  • Proven track record in reservoir management, production optimisation, and field development planning.
  • Proficiency in reservoir simulation software and enhanced oil recovery techniques.
