Job Position: Pharmacy Manager

Job Location: Randle, Surulere - Lagos

Summary

• We are seeking a qualified and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead the operations of a community pharmacy in Surulere.
• The ideal candidate must be business-minded, customer-focused, and capable of managing both the professional and administrative aspects of the pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Supervise pharmacy staff and ensure compliance with professional standards
• Dispense medications accurately and provide appropriate patient counseling
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and documentation of pharmaceutical products
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and supplier relationships
• Monitor expiry dates and ensure regulatory compliance at all times.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure excellent service delivery.

Requirements

• Bsc in Science related courses,
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in a retail/community pharmacy.
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good knowledge of inventory management and pharmacy software
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Business and sales-driven mindset.

Salary
N200,000 Monthly.
