Job Summary


  • We are looking for a highly organized and strategic Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our practice.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the practice's administrative functions, ensuring efficient operations, and providing exceptional support to our team.

Key Responsibilities
Practice Operations:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring efficient use of resources and facilities.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Team Management:

  • Supervise and support administrative staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Foster a positive and productive team culture, promoting collaboration and open communication.

Client Service:

  • Ensure exceptional client service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery.

Financial Management:

  • Manage practice finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing, and manage accounts receivable and payable.

Quality Assurance:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.

Strategic Planning:

  • Contribute to the development of the practice's strategic plan, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Implement strategic initiatives, monitoring progress and adjusting plans as needed.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in practice management
  • Proven track record of success in managing practice operations, leading teams, and improving patient satisfaction.

Skills:

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and practice management software.

Certification:

  • Certification in practice management, healthcare administration, or a related field (e.g., CPM, CMPE) is an added advantage.
