Job Summary
- We are looking for a highly organized and strategic Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our practice.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the practice's administrative functions, ensuring efficient operations, and providing exceptional support to our team.
Key Responsibilities
Practice Operations:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring efficient use of resources and facilities.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Team Management:
- Supervise and support administrative staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Foster a positive and productive team culture, promoting collaboration and open communication.
Client Service:
- Ensure exceptional client service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery.
Financial Management:
- Manage practice finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely billing, and manage accounts receivable and payable.
Quality Assurance:
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
Strategic Planning:
- Contribute to the development of the practice's strategic plan, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Implement strategic initiatives, monitoring progress and adjusting plans as needed.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in practice management
- Proven track record of success in managing practice operations, leading teams, and improving patient satisfaction.
Skills:
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and practice management software.
Certification:
- Certification in practice management, healthcare administration, or a related field (e.g., CPM, CMPE) is an added advantage.
