We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Procurement Manager
Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Industry: Real Estate/Property Development
Resumption: Within 1 - 2 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for sourcing construction materials and services.
• Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate contracts to achieve cost savings.
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
• Manage the procurement cycle from requisition to payment.
• Conduct market research to identify pricing trends and supplier options.
• Ensure timely delivery of quality materials to project sites.

Requirements

• HND qualification
• 4 - 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in real estate or construction.
• Strong understanding and knowledge of construction materials.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and inventory management.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes and local market trends.
