We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Procurement Specialist
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost,delivery and service.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders and request for quotation(RFQs).
• Conduct market research to identify price, trends,new suppliers and alternatives.
• Ensure timely procurement of goods and services based on operational needs.
• Maintain an up-to-database of reliable suppliers.
• Negotiate favourable terms,pricing and conditions with vendors.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
• Resolve supplier issues, disputes delays or failures.
• Evaluate procurement processes and recommend improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts,purchase order and procurement activities.
• Work closely with other departments to understand procurement needs.
• Support internal stakeholders with timely procurement.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
• Hands on experience on large procurement within the engineering sector.

Salary
N300,000 - N500,000 / Month.
