Job Position: Production Manager

Job Description

• A Production Manager to play a key role in overseeing the production process to ensure our clothing lines are manufactured efficiently, cost-effectively, and to the highest quality standards.
• You will collaborate closely with design, sourcing, and manufacturing teams to deliver products that meet our brand's aesthetic and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end production process for all clothing lines, from creative design to final product delivery.
• Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines with efficient task allocation.
• Oversee production budgets and work to optimize costs while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with manufacturing partners to resolve any production issues and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement efficiency measures.
• Active collaboration with design and sourcing teams to develop production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Spearhead Ama’s quality assurance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improve production processes.
• Present and discuss monthly reports with the COO.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an OND, NCE or HND, and must have worked as a production manager for minimum 2 years.
• Must be highly disciplined, assertive andinfluential
• Must pay attention to detail, prioritize tasks, set earlier deadlines and proactive corrective measures
• Must be goal and target-driven with people skills.
